Welcome to 'Get Back' #141 - an exceptional, amenity-rich rental destination you’ll find yourself returning to year after year. This Landmark Vacation Rentals home delivers coastal luxury and an enviable lifestyle. Located on a prime lot in the desirable North Topsail Beach, this private retreat offers a one-of-kind rental experience with resort style amenities. Featuring a private swimming pool, a large hot tub, gas grill, luggage elevator, private walkway to the beach, multiple outdoor decks, and, even a fenced-in backyard for your furry friend to run and play (an additional non-refundable fee of $250 per dog applies, with a maximum of two dogs allowed). With 5 spacious bedrooms and 5.5 well-appointed bathrooms, this home can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably.

Entering through the ground level, guests are greeted with a seating area that offers a L-shaped sofa and TV. Proceed upstairs to find four of the five bedrooms. To the left, there is a sound side bedroom with two twin-over-full bunk beds, a TV and en suite bathroom. Beside, is an oceanfront bedroom with a king-sized bed, TV, deck access and en suite bathroom. Adjacent, is a second queen-sized bed with oceanfront deck access, TV and en suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom on this floor is located on the soundside and has two twin-sized beds, TV and en suite bathroom. To the west, there is deck access that offers sound views. To the east, there is ocean facing deck access. There is a full washer and dryer, an additional refrigerator and a utility sink also located on this floor.

Proceed upstairs to the main living space to find a bright and airy open floor concept living area with many windows, offering an abundance of natural lighting and expansive waterfront views. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities needed to prepare meals and snacks throughout the week. A large middle island offers an extra sink and bar stool seating for four. Nearby, a dining table offers seating for ten. The living room features a sectional sofa and a 63-inch Smart TV, and a DVD/Blu-ray player with over 100 movies to choose from. An additional table and chairs provide seating for four. Guests are welcome to connect their personal devices to the Bluetooth speakers that are installed throughout the interior and exterior. There are games and puzzles available for your entertainment located in the living room nook. A master suite with a king-sized bed, TV, deck access and an ensuite bathroom, featuring double vanities, a soaking tub, and walk-in shower are available on the third floor. An additional half bathroom is available on this floor.

There is one high chair and two pack ‘n plays for small children.

There is an outdoor shower located in the carport. High speed internet and five Smart TVs are available throughout the home. There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in.

The private pool can be heated for an additional fee in April, May, September, and October. The heated pool option is unavailable from June - August and November - March. Please note, that the pool heater will only heat 10 degrees warmer than the outside temperature (forecasted low). Please call our office to add the heated pool fee to your reservation.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family beach week at 'Get Back'! We enjoyed the house's Beatles decor since I am a huge lifelong Beatles fan. The house was very clean, the beds were comfy, and it was filled with lots of cooking items and more than enough dishes and utensils for our family of 9. Having the linens included and beds already made was SO helpful. There were games and puzzles and beach games and pool floaties to keep everyone happy all week long. The owners have the house set up the best of any beach house we've ever stayed in, making everyone feel happy, comfortable, and relaxed for the week! Thank you for sharing your beach oasis with us!! Check-in and check-out were seamless with the door keypad system. The only negative was the rental management company's policy of letting someone else book the house, mid-week, for the next year while we were still there. I called Landmark on Wednesday morning, and no one answered. So I texted them right away to request to book the house for the same week in 2025. A short while later, I got a call back from them saying the 2025 week had been reserved by someone else, just 30 min earlier. My family can only get away for a week during the 2nd week of August each year, and now we can't return to this awesome house next year. Most other vacation rental companies on Topsail Island give current guests the 'first right of refusal' to rebook the same week for the following year up until Wednesday of the week they're in the house. (That gives you a chance to know if the house works for your group.) Some even give them until Monday of the week after being in the house. Then they open the week up for anyone else to reserve that week. That's not what Landmark does. They apparently don't care to have repeat guests. That's why I didn't give Landmark 5 stars.

Expensive and unfortunate. We totally overpaid for this beautiful, well-equipped, great location home. The property manager was rude and unreasonable. Paying this much - we should have been warned about constant and loud construction, beach towels/equipment should be provided (other properties have for us in Topsail over the years), and it should have been a magical stay. It was far from that….

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I both grew up in Jacksonville and are very partial to Topsail Beach. Our annual trip with our two daughters and their spouses as well as six grand children is the highlight of the year. Everything about this rental from the pool to the hot tub to the beautiful beach added to a joyful experience. And of course the luggage elevator made unloading and re-loading very simple. There was something for everyone including an abundance of fishing for my son-in-law. We have been making this annual family vacation for over a decade to Topsail Beach and without question Get Back #141 has made this the best yet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fourth year at "Get Back." The house is perfect for our family, oceanfront but yet with a heated pool. There was a bit of an issue with the pool this year. We paid to have it heated, but when we arrived, it was not heated. The pool pump had lost prime which caused the pool heater to not work. Ater a couple days of not using the pool, it was fixed and heated for use. We love this home! It's large enough that everyone can have their own space.

The house was perfect for our 3 families traveling in for spring break (6 kids, 6 adults). Great location, house was just as advertised- spacious and directly on the beach. The hot tub and pool were a kid favorite! Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! Loved the beach, pool and house overall! Loved the number of pool toys, and kitchen supplies. Loved the extra ice maker and dryer. Main problem and reason for 4 stars was there were roaches in kitchen and bathrooms. We tried to use the grill 2nd night and there was so much grease inside and on the grates it caught fire and flared up so much we couldn’t use it. I called the rental office but did not get much of a response.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We can’t wait to Get Back to Get Back! This house had everything we needed in our beach house stay. We had an issue with the pool pump not working properly early in our stay and one call to Landmark, and it was fixed by the time we returned from our outing. The private pool and private beach access was great and the cargo elevator was a life saver! If one thing could be added to the house, it would be a personal elevator—some of our travelers have bad knees so the steps were a little tough, but that didn’t hinder their enjoyment much. The deck access to 3 of the bedrooms was absolutely incredible and the views were breathtaking.
