Very nice home, clean and comfortable. Large kitchen with a long counter type table. The large backyard is great for playing with dogs or kids. The fire pit area would be nice for evening outdoor activity, once the temperature drops a little! You would need to bring wood for it.
For a bustling location, near everything, it is very quiet.
Definitely would stay again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The house was well organized, clean, and had sufficient space for our quick weekend trip. We were pleased to find that the home's location was conveniently located close to all of our planned destinations from the NoDa district in Charlotte to the Davidson/Mooresville area. The home also has a great yard for the pups to play! We only had a very minor issue regarding communication with the owner when we were trying to pay our remaining balance due on the reservation, which was handled differently than the process we had been accustomed to in the past with VRBO; however, the issue was remedied quickly after we communicated with customer service and a few direct messages to the property inbox. We were happy that all plans worked out and we were able to check into the property easily and successfully...and had a wonderful weekend!

Small house but vert adequate for us. At first we had 4 staying and the second night 2 grandchildren as well. We enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. Well located for just about anything you want to do in the area of Huntersville, NC. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

The games and where our clan went out to eat on Saturday was only a few miles away. My granddaughter loved the bunk beds. The side porch is a good place to sit and enjoy time with your pup.

this is a very clean nice house, it has a great outdoor area to hang out. Unfortunately it’s raining during my visit so we couldn’t utilize it. This house was perfect for my one night stay, we loved it.

Myself and one other stayed here and I have to say, it was the best place i’ve ever stayed at through vrbo. Dylan’s instructions were perfect, the location was perfect, and the beds were very comfortable. Next year, i’ll be hoping this property is available when we make our trip back!

My husband and I, and our two young kids (4 & 2), booked a weekend stay at this location. We arrived around 8pm on Friday and the code to the door didn’t work. In the instructions it said “if the code doesn’t work, let us know and we’ll respond immediately”. So we reached out via VRBO message - the only means of contact we were given.
We didn’t get a reply, so we continued to message them. We waited around until 9:30pm before having to take our small children to a hotel. Do you understand how inconvenient that is to drive around with two small kids past their bedtimes looking for a NEW place to stay?!
They were completely UNRESPONSIVE until 5AM the next morning, at which point they only responded with two other door codes. I told them that we had to stay elsewhere due to their lack of response and expected that we would get refunded for the one night. They apologized and agreed to refund us the one night.
We were able to get into the home mid-morning on Saturday, and stayed Saturday night.
I’ve been following up with the owner since that weekend — over a month ago — and they’ve continued to be unresponsive. They have not refunded our one night that we weren’t able to stay.
The lack of response, care, and compassion is AWFUL! Do not stay at this home! Do not fall for this scam!
