The living areas in this three-storey home consist of a kitchen, dining room, sitting room with electric fire, a snug and a first-floor snug, whilst there's a king-size bedroom, a twin (zip/link), and two second-floor doubles, one with an electric fire; all are serviced by a bathroom and a shower room. Appliances consist of a gas Rangemaster, microwave, two fridge/freezers, a fridge, and a coffee machine, and for entertainment, a Smart TV and selection of books. Outside there is a rear, multi-level garden with patio and furniture, a bistro set in the courtyard off the kitchen, and parking in a nearby public car park. This is a smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles. For a central base in Staffordshire, book The Nook. Note: There are steep steps to the interior and exterior; please take care. Note: The property rests on a main road.
