1 large bedroom with en-suite bathroom- 1 Queen, 1 Double, 2 bunk beds (4- singles including 1 Matress on floor)

Enjoy the whole property except the owners shed (Outside in front) & the owners locked closet under stairwell & some locked pantrys in kitchen & dining room
Other things to note
Please take care of our home as if it were yours. We've updated the dock, kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, ceiling fans, roof & renovated for all to enjoy for years to come.
No moving furniture if moved $300 per furniture/Per item
No Pet property/If evidence of a pet is found there will be a $500 pet fee/Per pet
Any additional cleaning fee and or damage fee applies.
Please no check in on these holidays - Christmas Day, Easter Day , The July 4th , Thanks giving day our cleaning company has the day off. If you wish to check-in on these days the cleaning fee is double.
