Home has two large bedrooms with queen beds, a fully updated full bath with a soaking tub, a modern fully updated kitchen with new appliances, large dining area/sitting area with two reclining chairs and record player, laundry room, and a spacious living room with a huge sofa and large smart TV.
This property is centrally located to everything, making it easy to plan your visit and move about town. It is just minutes from downtown Dauphin Street, but is surrounded by several incredible dining establishments such as Ruths Chris Steak House, Taco Mama, Big Bad Breakfast, T Maries Ristorante Italiano, Mudbugs, Nixons, and the Historic Dew Drop Inn.

A home away from home. Nice community. Not far from restaurants and entertainment. A clean home that is comfortable and beautifully decorated. We will definitely book again if we return to the area.

We had some problems with the air conditioner, the first night there so it was pretty warm. We couldn’t get a hold of the owners the next morning they called. They fix the situation pretty quick so it was fine. We did see some dead roaches

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive to communications and accommodated us with an early check in time. This charming home is located in a nice old southern midtown neighborhood! It had such an overall good feel on arrival and throughout our weekend stay in Mobile for a music festival. It is lovely decorated and well maintained with whatever you can think of but forgot at home!!! Thanks for the qtips and Tim Horton coffee! ... and we even had time to enjoy a few good songs on the real record player! Would definitely come back and highly recommend.

everything was as depicted in listing. beautiful historical house, with gorgeous hardwood floors! great communication with gracious host Catherine. my husband enjoyed staying at your house while visiting our daughter, a mobile resident. pictures did not do the house justice, every little need was met. beautifully furnished. the only thing was the pretty bathtub sides were almost too tall for me to step over, im 5'4" and my husband helped me to step over the high sides, a handhold would be nice to assist short legged people like me, thank you so much for allowing us to stay here!

Good location for everything. Beautiful quaint neighborhood. Ceiling fans/ceiling light controls a bit confusing, but not a big deal. Not a fan of the circular living room sofa. Would appreciate more electrical outlets and/or USB outlets. Would stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this charming home in Mobile. We used the kitchen every day and had everything we needed even to cook dinners. The location was convenient to the places we visited. Every question we had was answered by Catherine quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful, welcoming home - clean, comfortable, lovely layout and beautifully decorated. My entire family enjoyed staying here. It was our first family visit without having my family home near Spring Hill. We had fun exploring this wonderful neighborhood and being able to show my kids the Murphy High campus. Thank you. This little spot was a huge blessing to compliment a difficult and emotional week.❤️

What a cute place!! The neighborhood was gorgeous. Lots of historical houses, and everything about this house met or exceeded expectations. Decorated beautifully, comfy beds, and I loved the bathtub. Our stay was lovely!

The property was very easy to locate. The rear parking and gate required a little work, but that's about the only draw back. The interior was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom water gets hot fast. The location is close to EVERYTHING.

Came into town to move my daughter in to college. It was an easy drive to the University, close to cute coffee shops and restaurants, and was located in a very cute neighborhood. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Neighbors were nice and quiet. It had off street parking and the home was super cute and clean, beds were comfortable, and home had all of the amenities you would need to stay comfortably. I will definitely stay there again.

Beautifully decorated in a quaint neighborhood. Just a short drive to restaurants, shopping, and my daughter's college. I felt safe in the neighborhood and had no issues with my stay. I will definitely be booking again :)

Visited Mobile for a family members birthday party and stayed at this property. Upon walking in, the property was as advertised. I’ve stayed at many, many properties all over the country and know that owners can get quite creative with their pictures, but this was one that was in line with the photos. The location was super convenient, inside of the home was very clean and the check in process was seamless; all things that are super important. 10/10, would rent again.
