I booked 3 rooms to be at least on the same floor, instead when we got there it was like we did not have a reservation at all. The clerk was scrambling to find us rooms, all in different floors, she was new and checkin took so much longer, she was not pleasant and told us nothing about hotel policy, we were there 3 nights and our room was not made once, we had to make our own beds, she could have told us that this is something you have to request, when I enquired about it on our last day she said I should have read the key envelope but by then we were checking out. One of our rooms the tv did not work it was late the next day when someone finally came to fix it. One of our friends has a severe disability, there was nothing available for handicaps. I understand the hotel is pet friendly but unfortunately the room next door had a small dog I believe it barked and cried the whole time it was difficult to fall asleep. We waited every morning for the eggs and other things to be replenished, we did not have orange juice the whole time it was out of order for the whole 4 breakfasts, you had to request coffee pouches for our room at the reception counter and was given 1 pouch at a time and we were 2 who drank coffee. Whenever we enquired about something we were told to contact the 3rd party because that is who we booked with. It was a very sad stay, everyone seemed so miserable. I’m sorry I am not a complainer it took a lot for me to actually write this, but you need to kno

Great hotel, comfy beds, great breakfast, friendly staff. The only complaint was that the tub was squeaky and you can hear it throughout the room. I also wish they had a seating area, like a sofa. For the money they charge they could have had at least a bench.

The stay was good. There was a boil order in place upon check-in and we were not informed or offered any water. Once we saw the sign on the ice machine, I went to the front desk to ask for water and was given 2 bottles. You had to ask for water, it was not offered. The pool was very cool. It would have been better if it was warmer. You could not stay in for long. The entire staff was pleasant. You were greeted with a smile by the front desk, housekeepers and a man who I am not sure what his job was, but he greeted us both times he passed us with a smile and offered us a good night. Our room was very clean and the bed and pillows were perfect. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast was a great plus with the variety offered. The coffee bar being available at all hours was great to have a cup of tea!

Visited Ark encounter. Conveniently located 0.5 miles( walking distance) to encounter. Relatively new facility. Friendly staff. I would stay here again.

We traveled to Williamstown as a family to see the Ark Encounter. The stay was wonderful but I have to call out Ashley who works at the front desk. She is amazing! She assisted us in getting the rooms we needed to my family could stay together. Ashely was so kind and helpful I can't say enough about her. Thank you for an amazing family visit.

The hotel itself is beautiful but the rooms were not as inviting. The bed was uncomfortable. There was only one chair in the room with 4 guests. Also no couch in the room. Guest should have been given a choice at booking. As to what the preference were. The online booking doesn’t give you enough options. Would I book a room there again, maybe not. Would I tell anyone else maybe not. Was disappointed because of the cost of our room. The breakfast was tasteless but the coffee was great. Also for the money people pay to stay there, you don’t get a 24 hour stay. If you are staying one day. Check in at 3:00 pm and you have to check out at 11:00 am. What happened to check in at 12 noon and check out at 12 pm?

Excellent room and very clean and comfortable. They also had breakfast that was good and they had a good variety of food. Only complaint is they said they cleaned every other day and they only replaced towels. No cleaning and no made up bed. No big deal to me! Would stay again

We went to see the Ark and this hotel was adjacent to it which we could walk to and saved money on parking!! It is a brand new hotel with excellent amenities!!! An indoor pool as well as fitness center and complimentary breakfast! Can’t ask for more than that!! I highly recommend this hotel!!!!

Ms. Ashley at the front desk was most accommodating and very pleasant and polite to work with at check in. The suite was very comfortable and clean and my wife and I enjoyed our stay immensely!

Housekeeping was very poor. You are required to call or ask for daily housekeeping service, even though it states on their brochure that that service is part of their guest services. Beds were sloppy with sheet hanging onto floor and duvet almost off the bed after service was supposed to have been done each time. Crumbs were still on the floor from previous guests, and were never vacuumed up, also no fresh towels or bath mat was provided. Also had to ask for an extra roll of toilet paper since there was none in the room. Guest service person at desk was also very rude when asked for house keeping services.

Best part is you can walk to the buses at the Ark Encounter. It’s just right across the parking lot and Hampton Inn has a gate access to be able to go through. You just have to use your room key for the gate.

I looked forward to my stay with my family at the Hampton Inn. Within the first hour of arrival, the drain of the bathroom malfunctioned, they moved us to alternate room with a smaller mini fridge. I drove with my husband from the North East with my 3 kids all under the age of ten for the ARK encounter. I requested for a minibfridge that was in our original room -it was slightly bigger than the one in the subsequent room. Two days later, no one reached out to me to let me know if my request could be granted or not. I went to the front desk, to ask again. The attendant wrote it down on her sticky note and again told me the manager will reach out to me. On the 3rd morning of my stay, I went back and was told by the same attendant that she does not recall what I spoke to her about the day before. After inisting on speaking to about the manager, Sandra, told me she she has been in meetings for a couple days and she was not sure why the attendants did not approve the minifrdge switch. She also states no one notified her of a room switch. Sandra, mentioned she would reach out to me about the room switch if I was eligible for a discount or points. I gave her my cell phone number, I was never called until I checked out. On the 3rd day, the minifridge was switched. 4th day, at checkout, the attendant (Nancy), who also checked me in, told me she did tell Sandra of the room switch. It has been dissapointng experience with dysfunctional communication, and lack of accountability :(

The hotel was everything needed for me and my family of four. I am giving four stars due to a $5 parking charge we didn’t know about until we got there.Other than that, I would recommend this hotel.
