Disappointed, not worth the price

Clean room overall

A lot of noise coming from the hallway and rooms above us, making it impossible to sleep at night. No minibar and coffee machine that we were promised. At some point we could hear some sounds of water dripping through the walls

Top Adresse für einen Aufenthalt in Novalija

Im Zentrum von Novalija gelegen, alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Zimmer war schön und mit allem was man sich wünscht ausgestattet. Das Bett war top. Das Frühstück auf der wunderbaren Terrasse über den Dächern war ausserordentlich - auch die Auswahl war super! Das Bad ist sehr komfortabel.

Der Balkon ist sehr klein und das Zimmer etwas eng.

Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist ein Genuss

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum der Stadt, in wenigen Gehminuten ist vieles erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Magnet, mit super Aussicht. Der Hotelparkplatz ist mit Schranke und Kamera gesichert, liegt wenige Gehminuten entfernt..

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Die Teeauswahl war beim Frühstück sehr überschaubar.

Fabulous Hotel !!!!

Absolutely immaculate hotel breakfast was fabulous and those Decks and Hot Tub WOW!!!! would stay again and will recommend 100%. Right outside door walk to restaurants, coffee, drinks, shops, marina….Staff went out of their way to make our trip the Best! Thank you so very much Simone and Silva.

Sehr empfehelnswert

Beim Frühstück hatte man eine Blick auf den Hafen, unterschiedliche Wurst, Käse, Gemüse Ei und weitere Lebensmittel ließen keine Wünsche offen. Leider wurde neben dem Hotel gebaut, der Baulärm hielt sich in Grenzen, da uns ein kostenloses Upgrade auf das Zimmer gegeben wurde. Durch die Mitarbeiterinnen Simona und Emma entstand dein Wohlfühlklima. Leider werden die Beiden in der nächsten Saison nicht mehr dort arbeiten, es ist zu wünschen das sich adäquater Ersatz findet, da die beiden die Seele des Hauses waren.

Nicht von der Unterkunft oder dem Personal zu verantworten, war die Tatsache, dass viele Restaurant und andere "Touri" Attraktionen bereits geschlossen waren. Man sollte wissen, dass ab Anfang Oktober die Saison endet. Der Vorteil ist, daß man die Strände für sich hat, ;-)

Ondanks de vriendelijke receptioniste voor ons nooit meer.

Mooi hotel, dichtbij de haven en de zee. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed bed. Mooi dakterras.

Enorme stank van het riool. Na dit aangegeven te hebben zijn we vriendelijk geholpen en hebben we een andere kamer gekregen. Maar na 1x gebruik van het toilet was ook hier de stank aanwezig. We hebben uiteindelijk niet gedouched. Het plafond kraakte alsof het gebouw op instorten stond. De jacuzzi kon maximaal 30 graden worden. En de rookmelder knippert elke 2 seconden fel boven je bed. Voor ons nooit meer.

Vooral verpest door geluidoverlast.

Keuze uit 2 verschillende kussens. Raam in de douche. Warme douche. Wel veel verschillende soorten broodjes bij het ontbijt aanwezig. Croissantjes. Wel fijn dat parkeerplaats bij zit.

Gevraagd om rustige kamer, medewerkster gaf aan dat wij de stilte kamer hadden. Extreme overlast niet kunnen slapen. Ze kon verder niks doen voor ons want hadden al korting via booking.com anders had ze nog extra korting willen geven. 2 losse matrassen. Kleine doorgang om bed heen. Kwam veel warmte van koelkast af die in kamer stond. Hottub was erg koud en helaas geen uitleg aanwezig, dus moesten. Uitchecken is erg onhandig was niemand bij de balie. Geen afzuiging in de douche. Bij het ontbijt was het water op, en sinaasappelsap, dus niet echt voorbereid. Hotel stond niet goed aangegeven. Is onder een winkel. De parkeerplaats is best stukje lopen als je veel spullen hebt.

Für diesen Preis empfehlenswert.

Alles in allem hat es bei Betrachtung von Preis/Leistung sehr gut gepasst, das Frühstück war einfach, aber in Ordnung. Chefin und Tochter waren sehr bemüht, sehr freundlich und gute Gastgeberinnen.

Zentrale Lage und gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Zimmer war von der Größe in Ordnung und es war alles sauber. Die Lage des Hotels war zentral und die Aussicht aus der 3. Etage war sehr gut (Whirlpool und Frühstücksbereich). Das Hotel hat einen abgesperrten Parkplatz.

Das Frühstück war für den Preis gut, aber hätte etwas mehr Auswahl sein können. Die Anfahrt zum Hotel bzw. Parkplatz ist etwas schwieriger, aber gut machbar - der Parkplatz liegt ca. 3min entfernt vom Hotel.

Exceptional

Great location, center of Novalja, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish. Breakfast was great. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Prezadovoljna.

Predivno iskustvo u ovom hotelu. Oduševljena sam i zaista nismo imali nikakvu zamerku. Osoblje je zaista divno i prijatno. Sobe su velike i čiste. Lokacija je pun pogodak.

Nemam nikakvih zamerki. Sve je bilo odlično.

Perfect location, but it's not a 4* hotel, has some issues

- Perfect location - Super friendly and helpful staff - Hotel is brand new, open a few weeks ago (stayed July 2023) - Great view from the terrace, you can eat your breakfast there - Jacuzzi (we didn't use it, but other people had fun there 🙂) - Parking included

- We had to change our rooms, the first one was noisy because of the air conditioning machines on the outside of the building. - Really average breakfast. - Parking is around 200 meters from the hotel, you need to park your car somewhere else, check-in, then you can drive to the parking, pretty annoying after a long trip. - Rooms are poorly soundproofed. - Tiny elevator. - My impression was that the hotel is understaffed.
