Could have been a great hotel, but ended up slightly disappointed

Very good location (even though not directly accessible by taxi!). Excellent breakfast. Room was nice in terms of decor and cleanliness (but see below). Excellent customer service. We had a small terrace which offset the fact there are no places in the hotel really, other than the lobby, to sit and relax.

Room was perhaps a touch small for the rate charged. It also lacked any form of drawer storage and only a small wardrobe which, as we were staying for five nights, was an issue - probably not if you're only there for a couple of nights. They have a very nice breakfast room (obviously open at breakfast) but it would have been great if there had been another 'public' space other than the lobby, such as a bar, to relax and engage with other guests. Also, they do have a small inside pool in the spa area that can be booked - but extortionate at 25 euros p.p. for 50 minutes. Needless to say we didn't use it!

Séjour fabuleux immergé dans la vielle ville de Tolédo

Emplacement fabuleux au milieux de la vieille ville. Le balcon donnant sur la vieille ville est extraordinaire. Hotel moderne réalisé dans un vieil ensemble de maisons et ameublé avec gout.

Le petit déjeuner est plutot quelconque et il faut toujours demander au personnel (fort rare par ailleurs dans la salle) de compléter le buffet. On a vraiment l'impression d'embêter le personnel servant.

Detallistas y perfeccionistas

Todo. Desde la amplia y comodísima cama, a la ducha con presión y temperatura perfectas, los productos de baño, los detalles de bienvenida, todo, fue perfecto. Además estaba muy bien ubicado. Pero lo que le dio el broche de oro, fue que cuando se avisò en recepción de que siendo ambas asmáticas, el perfume usado en nuestro cuarto era excesivo, en seguida le buscaron solución. No todos los hoteles se muestras dispuestos a atender este tipo de necesidades. Una estancia perfecta.

Impecable

La ubicación es inmejorable. La calidad del desayuno es espectacular. Productos autóctonos de calidad superior, jamón sublime y los quesos …. Buff. Llegamos 15 minutos tarde al desayuno y no nos pusieron mala cara ni ningún problema. El servicio un 10. Perfecto. Enhorabuena aurea Toledo !!

Mala relación calidad-precio

La decoración es bonita y el hotel muy nuevo

Nos alojamos en una habitación doble deluxe y era muy pequeña, el techo muy bajo, apenas había ventilación exterior salvo por una pequeña ventana en un altillo y resultó muy agobiante. El calor por las noches era horrible. No tiene parking y el más próximo, con el que tienen concierto y te hacen un pequeño descuento, está a casi 20min. Difícil acceder con el coche para dejar las maletas ya que está justo detrás de la catedral y las calles del casco antiguo son estrechísimas y muy concurridas.

Luxurious hotel with top-notch service just steps from the cathedral

The hotel is gorgeous and the location is ideal for exploring Toledo. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was incredibly accommodating.

Beautiful new hotel for a stay in central Toledo

The hotel had only been open for a week when I stayed here so everything felt very new and the staff were incredibly helpful. The room was beautiful and the location was superb - next to the cathedral in the centre of Toledo. Being a new hotel, the amenities were new and high quality. Breakfast was good.

I had to ask for a proper iron because they only provide a handheld steamer in the room which wasn’t enough for what I needed. Thankfully the staff were quick to respond to all requests.

Luxurious comfort in a beautiful setting.

Everything, it is fairly new so everything was in excellent condition. Room was beautiful. Had everything you would need for a long weekend - dressing gown, slippers, all toiletries, iron etc and balcony with views was great. Staff were very exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Very hard as everything was so good. There is no bar…which would have been nice but so many local bars that it wasn’t a problem.

Totally value for money

Cozy room with perfect views, small balcony and king-size bed. Quite, warm and comfortable. The room had everything we needed. Excellent breakfast and breakfast in-room service made the experience exceptional. Didn’t have a chance to try the spa zone but the hotel personal was really helpful and welcoming!

Perfecta para toda la familia, la 2 habitaciones. Recepción y desayuno. Situación. Todo genial.

Cuando reservamos, pensamos que estaba incluido. La explicación de Booking, la entendimos así. Tal vez, no se explicaron bien, y tuvimos que pagarlo. Lo que rogaría es que lo especificaran o lo explicasen más claramente. Incluido Si. o Incluido no. No lo entendimos como error del hotel, sino de Booking... que puede mejorar este tipo de información.

El parking… para mi que por el centro de España en coche es esencial y las alternativas que me dieron estaban ocupadas. Tuve que aparcar donde cristo perdió el gorro.

Oasis en el centro de Toledo

Estupendo hotel, recién inaugurado y con una ubicación fantástica muy cerca de la catedral. El edificio está restaurado con mucho gusto, incluso organizan visitas guiadas para explicar la restauración. Las habitaciones impecables y cómodas. Con todos los detalles. Posee un pequeño spa muy agradable. El personal femenino de recepción fue muy amable y atento. En resumen, una opción estupenda para Toledo.
