It'll fit! We allow up to 2 dogs and have plenty of room to move around inside with 2 slides in the middle! This RV Fits in almost any campground, too! It is the perfect size and easy to tow with half-tons frame vehicles. We love doing delivery and setup, and also allow owners to pickup with qualified vehicle and experience. -We are a family veteran owned and ran small business in Spokane Valley, WA Our focus is a setup home on wheels with a fully loaded kitchen! We *do* deliver to and allow Wanderer to go to music concerts, fairs, tracks, business events and private land. -Wanderer has a large living area and spacious kitchen with an island, great to cook and hang out. It is stocked with everything for cooking and eating for 5, see below for list! In/outdoor sound system with DVD reader and HDMI into TV where we include a USB-C to HDMI cable and Fire Stick so you can stream from your phone or with a hotspot. -Huge pantry, lots of storage. Shower is a large and roomy. -Bedroom is a gel memory foam Queen bed and living room is a full size. Dinette converts to a 41"x70". All linens are washed with sanitizer between rentals, and protectors are always used. We supply bed protector, sheets and blanket for master bedroom but *please bring your own pillows. * -We supply a free 10x10 pop-up shelter and large weatherproof rug for under the steps of the RV for gear and shoes. -As the only dedicated RV rental business in Spokane, Inland NW Rentals RV is commercially insured, and our Mission is high quality, communication, flexibility, user friendly fully stocked RVs, and exceeding your expectations! Please give us the chance to make your vacation great and share with your friends and receive repeat rental discounts! **For pickup, please select the insurance protection coverage that is $1000 deductible or less. -RV safe toilet paper is required and fully stocked for your stay. -Kitchen: Everything to cook, prep and eat with full settings for 5 people with extra disposable items. There will be essentials to cook: Oil, salt/pepper/garlic and other spices. The outdoor kitchen has a 2 burner propane stove, sink, cabinets, light and mini fridge. -For dinette twin & couch, bring sleeping bag or favorite blankets for this (41”x70”). Optional linens for living room. We include bath towels and washcloths for the # of people in RV. These are not for beach use. -RV has great A/C (requires 30amps/Generator) and we also include a plug in fans available to use, however they only run plugged into power. Feel free to bring rechargeable fan as there are plenty of USBs to charge/run. -Generator add-on 2 options, come with a 20lb filled propane tank with rental- Required for when there is no electrical hookup. These generators are **unlimited** hours. -We send a video orientation you will need to watch a week ahead, and please be ready with questions. We will do a tutorial onsite live expected to be 30-60 minutes. We ask guests to please be on time as we may have another rental reservation. -For tank dumping we will send you a video for this, making it easy. -No smoking, vaping or marijuana inside the trailer (just keep it outside please). Fees for evidence of odor and residue of smoking are charged for specialty cleaning. -We ask that dogs please stay off the furniture whenever possible and please wipe their paws. Dogs are not to be left inside RV alone due to damage risk and safety. Videos are taken before and after every rental for inventory and condition purposes. -Supplies: All dishwashing needs, bathroom soap and lotion, with shampoo/conditioner on request. -The unit is supplied with cleaning supplies for all surfaces, a broom, vacuum and swiffer mop. A basic clean and sanitation is normal but if the unit is excessively dirty requiring carpet shampooing, stains or excessive cleaning there will be a $300 fee. -Bring a paddleboard or tubes and store underneath! -Bring Pillows, sweatshirt, favorite blanket, food, and fire cooking supplies! We supply roasting sticks, otherwise the rest is for cooking over a stovetop.
