About this apartment rental

This home has ocean views from nearly every room. The third level great room with kitchen, dining, and living areas and 440 sq ft of decking all flow seamlessly with varying deep blue backdrops. French doors off the kitchen flow to a secluded deck with gas jet fireplace and privacy glass. A 10' sliding glass wall off the living room highlights the wide sweeping views. Mid level is home to the office, master and guest bedroom. With the option to include the casita at the ground-floor, the casita is attached to the primary residence and has a private exterior entrance. The casita has a kitchenette, ensuite bedroom and living area. While its architectural details rival its amenities, a centrally located elevator provides quick access to each floor to easily access the full house. Features include: Open concept kitchen with massive quartzite slab, Jenn-Air Pro grade commercial appliances, custom accent lighting & stained hardwoods throughout, European oak floors, solid knotty Alder doors, wood-clad casement windows, rough hewn reclaimed ceilings, custom window treatments, dual laundry (with inclusion of casita), full-sized elevator, garage parking, surround sound and more.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was fantastic. Location was perfect with a great view of the ocean from the 3rd floor balcony.Beautiful Home with all the amenities. Did not want to leave.

The location of this house is amazing! Two blocks from the beach. There are a lot of stairs, but that didn't matter for us. We loved the set up. We did hit a snag with check in as there was a locked door that wasn't supposed to be, but I was able to call the number provided and they helped me immediately. Super quick, helpful and responsive. Great place!
