About this house rental

Saltwater Gospel is a 3500 square foot home with a tremendous view. With nine bedrooms and seven baths, the house comfortably sleeps 33. This beautiful home is the vacation destination for you, your family and your closest friends! It is centrally located in Crystal Beach just 1.1 miles from The Big Store. A 16' x 9' in-deck pool is upstairs, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. You have a spectacular view of the beach from the large extended deck.

The main living room located on the 1st floor has a 70" SmartTV and a super large, comfortable u-shaped couch. The spacious kitchen is just off the living room and is well-furnished with a large 9.5’' X 40" custom-built oak dining table that easily seats ten guests. There is another table behind the sectional that seats five more, and a granite island with bar stool seating for six. Large double refrigerators and a state of the art stove and microwave, in addition to well-stocked cabinets and pantry, make preparing and serving meals a breeze. For your convenience, you will find two sets of washer and dryers, one on each floor. This property also boasts a media room with two 70" TVs and two multi-level couches for lounging or gaming. Granite countertops and beautiful décor are spread through the house.
Top Floor sleeping areas:
This floor has 5 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, along with a twin over twin bunk bed, and an attached bathroom. The next bedroom is the same - 1 king, 1 twin bunk, with bath. The third bedroom has a king bed and an attached bath that also opens to the hallway. The fourth bedroom has a king bed and an attached bath that also connects to the theater/media room. The fifth bedroom is a bunk room that contains 7 twin beds and also has its own bath.
Main floor sleeping areas:
This floor has 4 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and is connected to a Jack & Jill bathroom. On the other side of the Jack & Jill bath is another bedroom with a king bed.
The third bedroom has one king bed, and an attached bath that also opens to the hallway.
The fourth bedroom is a bunk room with a set of king over king bunk beds, and 4 twin beds.
There are smart TVs in each room, and high speed internet for your convenience.

You will enjoy being outside, with a picnic table and plenty of deck chairs in the pool area. Gas BBQ grill, as well as a small putting green setup! We are confident you'll love the home as much as we do. It's a great place to spend an amazing vacation!

Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are welcome with an additional fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect for Large families! Celebrated daughter’s UTMB graduation with all her siblings and their families! Our group of 14 adults and 12 children (16-3yrs) had more than enough room even with entire bunch in the kitchen/living area! Lift was a lifesaver for huge ice chest full of food, cases of drinks/water and multiple suitcases! Pool was amazing for the kids and beach front location was amazing! Everything was clean and fresh! Well worth the cost! Our stay was short but everyone was super happy!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and location are great! Unfortunately, upon our arrival it appeared it was not cleaned. 2 bathrooms had sand and hair in tubs, toothpaste in sink in one. Microwave not cleaned. Floors dirty. Food, toys, trash found in between cushions and under media room sofa. We called and reported these things after check in. We cleaned a lot on our own. They sent a cleaner to clean bathrooms the next morning. She was very apologetic but not ideal to have someone cleaning early the first morning of our vacation. Swedes office did nothing more even after we mentioned considering refunding part of cleaning fee at checkout. Several door handles broken and they sent a maintenance guy same day.

We had 26 people, and the home was able to accommodate all of us with some space. The quantity of bathrooms was a big plus

Plenty of room to spread out and enough room for everyone. Close to beach and activities in the area. Bedspreads and mattress pads need to be washed. Under furniture and cushions need to be vacuumed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice , new rental that accommodates a crowd.There were 20 in our group, 7 of them children. Although it says it sleeps 33, that could be crowded. It could have used a half bath on the first floor, as guests have to use a bathroom that belongs to one of the bedrooms.The only negative was that the linens are bagged ( they said due to Covid in Oct 2023) and you have to make all your own beds. For the rental fee, I would have expected my beds to be made. However, I would rent this house again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented the house for a gathering for our 10 kids, 5 spouses & 10 grandkids & we had a great time! Kids enjoyed the pool & the huge deck. Everybody took strolls on the beach which is right n front of house. Everything you may need was in the kitchen. The lift was great to load & unload & for my 84 yr old mom. House was very clean but microwave was filthy. I hope to rent this same house next year. I’m sure everyone will love this house!!!
