It is an ideal space to share with family or friends, carry out different recreational activities or enjoy several amenities: swimming pool, BBQ area, jacuzzi, bread oven, gardens, etc.
The house has 1,000 m2 built and is located within a 2,700 m2 plot with extensive gardens, exterior security with CCTV, parking for 8 vehicles and close to the main attractions of Guayllabamba.
It has a heated indoor pool (8m x 5m, 26-30°C), jacuzzi, fully equipped gym, BBQ area, bread oven and a large terrace to enjoy with family and friends.
It has a fast Wi-Fi connection speed with 400Mb (8-10 devices can connect at the same time)
The house is fully available to guests to enjoy the natural environment, birdsong and the pure air of Guayllabamba.
Guests do not have access to the rear house where the caretakers and those in charge of maintaining and cleaning the green areas and swimming pool live.
Residential, private and safe area, close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations, artisan market, zoo, means of transport, and main attractions of the sector.
Farm area, on the Panamericana Norte, near Cayambe, Otavalo (1 hour, lagoons, volcanoes), Ibarra, 20 minutes to the airport and 40 minutes to Quito by car.
- No parties or pets allowed on the property
- The house has guard dogs and 4 harmless turkeys that roam the garden
An online registration form must be completed upon receipt of your confirmation, we require a video call to coordinate the prior logistics of your stay at the property (IMPORTANT).
We take care of our properties and trust that you will appreciate them too while you enjoy it. We maintain cordiality among neighbors and communities in places where we are present. We thank you for your respect for the rules and healthy coexistence during your stay.
