1 Sofabed and airmattress (2 people sleeps)
Game room with Pool table/Ping Pong/AirHockey table and sitting space, fun to entertain the kids in the evening after long day away or on a raining day and your plans get canceled. Even big kids love our game room.......
Free Washer and Dryer access in home, so don't over pack you can always wash.
Montgomery is a very quiet area and has plenty to do. Extended stays are welcomed!

Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved dogs (up to 50 lbs) with the following guidelines:
★ A $50 pet fee applies per dog, per stay. LIMIT 2
★ Please note that no cats are allowed due to allergies.
★ A maximum of one dog is allowed, and they must be house-trained.
★ Dogs must be crated when left alone, and a $100 fee will apply per occurrence if this rule is not followed.
★ Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.
★ Please clean up after your dog immediately when outside.
★ No bathing pets in our sinks or tubs.
If a pet is not declared on the reservation, a $200 fee will apply. Check-out time for guests with pets is 10 AM to allow for additional cleaning.
★Announced guest is $100 per person per night. NO MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE ALLOWED IN HOME. Montgomery is unincorporated and does not allow this.
