Welcome to our luxurious three-story home in the beautiful Pacific Beach neighborhood of California! With its upscale amenities, rooftop view of the bay, plus a jacuzzi, air conditioning, modern décor, and plenty of space, this is the perfect retreat for families and large groups. Whether you're looking for relaxation, entertainment, proximity to the beach and bay, or near some amazing restaurants, shopping and bars, this home has it all.
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by the stunning hardwood floors that adorn the main level. The open layout on the first floor creates a spacious and inviting atmosphere, ideal for socializing and spending quality time with your loved ones. A cozy fireplace adds a touch of warmth and ambiance to the living area, perfect for those cool California evenings.
The first floor features a conveniently located bedroom with a queen folding sofa/futon, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. The front yard and back yard offer a private outdoor space to enjoy the sunny weather and fresh air. Large sliding patio doors seamlessly connect the interior with the backyard, creating a wonderful transition between the living room, kitchen and the inviting back patio.
Parking is a breeze with a two-car garage located in the alley, ensuring that you have ample space for your vehicles. The modern décor throughout the home adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to your stay, elevating your experience to new heights.
As you make your way to the second floor, you'll discover a spacious master bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and an attached master bathroom. The master bathroom boasts a walk-in stone-tiled shower and a luxurious bathtub, allowing you to unwind and pamper yourself after a long day of exploring.
Additionally, the second floor offers two guest rooms, each equipped with a cozy queen bed and ample closet space. A bathroom in the hall ensures convenience and privacy for your guests. For relaxation and leisure, a lounge area with a small balcony awaits you, perfect for indulging in games, reading, or catching up on work.
Finally, the rooftop will take your breath away with its pool house/5th bedroom, complete with a queen-sized sofa bed, a bathroom, and a large TV that can swing to be viewed from the amazing hot tub. Lounge chairs are available for sunbathing, and the rooftop offers a stunning vantage point to enjoy the SeaWorld fireworks and panoramic bay views.

Guest Access:
Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM - 8 AM. No loud music is permitted outside, nor loud enough inside to disturb the neighbors, as their homes are very close by. We do not permit unauthorized parties.
The Neighborhood:
All neighbors homes are very close. Please adhere to our house rules and the San Diego Good Neighbor Policy. Any fines issued for disturbances will be passed to the guests.
Getting Around:
Walk to the beach, bay, bars, restaurants, and more! Only a five minute drive to Mission Beach and SeaWorld. 15 minutes from downtown, Little Italy and the airport.
Other Things to Note:
* Included in the cleaning fee is a Damage Waiver/Reservation Fee of $120.00. Details of Damage Waiver will be emailed to you along with a mandatory host rental agreement to sign once the booking is confirmed.
