Our family of 4 had a very comfortable 4-night stay. Alessandro was prompt in communicating, and quickly handled a few minor requests when we first arrived. Beds are comfortable, there are plenty of bath and beach towels, and basic sundries were gratefully provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, washing machine tablets). The outdoor space was beautiful, spacious, and we used it a lot. The garage was another big bonus. Location can’t be beat, the farmers market and local restaurants are amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Always available parking — yes! — right in front of the house. The front and back patio were quaint little areas to sit, read, and soak up the sunlight. Extra bath towels and extra beach towels made life easier as we never had to do a load of laundry. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine, coffee samples, and bread sticks. Alessandro was great at communicating via text message during the entire trip and responded within minutes to any questions we had. 100% would recommend and 100% will stay again.
