If you are looking for comfort, peace and nature in the Willingen Upland away from the lively main town of Willingen, you have come to the right place!
Willingen-Usseln is a climatic health resort with a spa park and two ski lifts, its own town center with good shopping opportunities, a train station and all kinds of family-friendly leisure facilities. Willingen is 5km away. More Usseln information :
The house is ideal for guests with dogs, hikers, active seniors, nature lovers and families.
Occupancy with max. 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children. The house cannot be occupied by 5 adults.

All basic prices are for 4 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning.

Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!

Please take the following surcharges/discounts into account:
- Surcharge for short stay 2 nights: + 109€
- Surcharge for short stay 3 nights: + 45€
- Discount: 4 nights weekdays Mon-Fri (except holidays/public holidays) of 15%.
- Discount: 7 for 6 nights (except holidays and public holidays)

Note:
For 7-night bookings Sunday-Sunday, we can only partially grant the 7 for 6 nights discount, as our cleaning staff are paid according to the tariff and receive double pay for work on Sundays and public holidays.

You will receive the binding total price from us with an inquiry or booking by email.

- We accept booking requests under the seasonal minimum stay at the earliest 4 weeks in advance - or if there are gaps in bookings.
- Arrivals/departures on Saturdays are only possible for stays of 5-6 nights
- Surcharges are possible for events and special dates not listed in the seasonal prices!
- In addition, there is the tourist tax of currently € 2,50 per person per day for people aged 15 and over

Deposit & payment conditions:

A general deposit of € 300 is charged for this property.
You must transfer the deposit up to 14 days before arrival together with the remaining payment - and it will be transferred back to you within seven to ten working days after departure.

Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings - Cash payment on site is not possible!
