This modern and upscale home was recently renovated and includes amenities like central A/C, radiant heat, deluxe outside shower, high-speed wifi, sound system with 17 speakers that range throughout the entire house. The house is equipped with a motorize handicap accessible chair that covers from the ground to the first floor. With a third floor consisting of a spacious bonus room that holds a king size bed and Murphy bed, there is plenty of space for overnight guests. Accessible amenities include kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles, beach essentials and much more. It's oversized 5 car door garage also contains a door specially made for golf-carts. The Morelli beach house was gorgeous, just as the VRBO photos illustrated. The views from the house were beautiful-a salt marsh on one side and the beach on the other side. You could hear the waves at night from your bedroom. We only stayed for a week and there was not enough time to do all the things we wanted to do. We highly recommend the beach house for your next vacation.

If I could only use one word to describe Glenn’s house, it would be “magic.” My family and I had the greatest time and did not want to leave. The house had everything you could possibly need and more and when we couldn’t get one of the 1,000 TVs to work, Glenn took care of it right away. This house is absolutely perfect for a family with small children— the water is calm and at low tide there is a giant sandbar that my kids had the best time with. We would love to stay here again.

The place was perfect for my wife and myself, three toddlers, and our infant. We were in the ideal location for easy beach access with all the comforts of a five star hotel. The host was very accommodating and the house was fully stocked with beach toys, paddle boards, and kayaks to explore the area. It was obviously recently redone with central air, multiple tvs, and a charming loft up top. It would have easily accommodated multiple families. We caught crabs and fish 100 ft from our back door! The neighborhood was very family friendly. There was a great beach playground a stones throw away. We made many great family memories and this is the perfect place. We will definitely be back again soon!
