- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)
Garden level (level 0):
- A private Finnish sauna accessible all year round
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room.
- Room 3: a dormitory room with a bunk bed (sleeps two) and two single beds
- Separate WC
- Bathroom with bathtub

- A large south-facing terrace (over 50 m²), part of which is covered, with a large dining table, benches, deckchairs and plancha to enjoy the sunny days.
- A beautiful, south-facing, private, unfenced garden of 465 m².
The house is ideally located in Bolquère, in very pleasant surroundings, in the heart of the Superbolquère forest, 200 m from the Etang du Ticou, the starting point for numerous hikes. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac about 2h46 by car

- Bed linen and towels included, beds made on arrival

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Each room has a television with Apple TV / Canal+.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- Cleaning during your stay (on request): €40/hour; change of bed linen (on request): €20/double bed and €10/single bed.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Book&Pay team (ad management and reservations service) and Conciergerie Hébrard (concierge / housekeeping service).
