Boasting a total of 2 living rooms and 5 bedrooms, this spacious property offers plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. Along with the perks of this spacious layout, the home is also equipped with 7 TVs, keeping everyone entertained.

The open concept kitchen, living room, and dining room create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for gathering together and enjoying each other's company, while the upstairs deck makes the perfect spot for grilling and outdoor dining.

Downstairs you’ll find a private hot tub out back, making it the ideal spot to fully indulge. And, if you’re looking to keep busy, the downstairs living room is also equipped with a wet bar and foosball table, providing hours of fun and entertainment. You’ll also discover some fun board games, in addition to the corn hole game out back and the indoor air hockey table, to keep guests and little ones occupied during their stay.

Plus, the house's location couldn't be better - right next door to another one of our rental homes, 131 Mills Ave, this property is perfect for larger groups or families who want to stay close together. Whether you're looking for indoor or outdoor fun, this property has something for everyone.

With complete access to the entire home and property, you'll be able to relax and enjoy your stay without any restrictions. Our home is your home!
The home also offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, with plenty of natural light and a variety of amenities to enhance your stay.

During your stay, we provide a comprehensive array of amenities to ensure your comfort and convenience, typically sufficient for a weekend getaway. Each bathroom is stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper. We also provide a roll of paper towels, a small bottle of dish soap, a sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 laundry pods, and 2 trash bags. You'll find 4 sets of towels and hand towels in each bathroom, along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the showers.

For your relaxation, we supply 10 clean hot tub towels and ensure fresh sheets and bedding on each bed. Enjoy your mornings with our Keurig coffee maker and a fully equipped coffee station, including coffee pods, creamer, and sweeteners, enough for the weekend.

Please note, our driveways accommodate a maximum of two cars. For additional parking, there is a free parking lot just a three-minute walk away, across from Silversteen Park.

We rented 121 and 131. We had 10 in our house and 9 in the other. We loved sitting outside in the backyard of 121 it has the patio. We wish we had brought some soccer chairs so we could all sit together. We split up and were in different groups. Anyway we were all together after my daughter’s wedding. We were able fo walk in town and had access fo the greenway. My son loves to bike and brought his bikes. The houses are spanking brand new, very comfortable, fully stocked and communication with the owners was excellent. I was able to give some suggestions to make it even better. We would definitely come back. Things to plan for: extra parking down the hill, room for two cars at the house. It wasn’t a big deal just had to plan which cars we needed access to. VRBO has a setting that required a hefty deposit that hits the credit card while you are there and comes off a few days later. It may just be a setting that needs to be fixed and offer insurance instead. Remember this is a brand new listing and when you rent the house is amazingly clean. So worth it!

This property is perfect for a getaway with family and/or friends. There is plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and there is no shortage of entertainment options at the house should the weather keep you in doors! Check-in was seamless and the entire house was spotless. I can't imagine a more perfect layout - we will be back again next year!

This property was beyond all expectations and functioned well to provide group gathering spaces and comfortable rooms to retreat to at the end of the day. Kids enjoyed the game room and it was a great location for them to gather and enjoy cousin time. Beyond the space you can see the owner takes every effort to consider the need of the tenants. We especially enjoyed the walking trail, nearby park and play space, and the ability to walk to the downtown area. We all look forward to spending another long weekend in the future.

The house is unbelievably clean, well appointed from blankets, sheets, towels, pots and pans, fantastic location for walking into the charming downtown (Bervard) filled with great restaurants, art galleries and shops. It’s a quick drive (15 mins or less) to hiking, Mt Biking, water falls, Sliding Rock and Looking glass Falls etc. I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s, I’d say this is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. The communication with the host was excellent! We plan on returning for sure!

We visited Brevard for a short weekend trip. Valley Bear was perfect for our group. The property was in a great location, just a short walk to Main St. The home was well stocked with everything you would need and more. The teens enjoyed the large backyard and jacuzzi. There was more than enough space for our party of six. Property manager was absolutely amazing!

Perfect getaway! House is in walking distance of restaurants and shopping . The owners didn’t miss a beat , from the bedding to a fully stocked kitchen. Hot tub was awesome. I highly recommend spending a long weekend or even a week. Can’t wait to come back.

This is an incredible home! Beautifully decorated, fully stocked..with every detail thought of. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook family sized meals. The bedding, towels and furnishings were all top quality. We most enjoyed playing the games at night and relaxing in the hottub. The home manager left us a sweet note and welcome gift and was super helpful and responsive to our few questions on the area and specifics about the home. We will definitely be back!!!!
