Welcome to The Robinson! A newly renovated 3 bed, 2 bath home ideally situated steps from Olde Town Arvada. The interior features contemporary design elements, combining style and comfort. Step outside onto the patio and immerse yourself in the ambiance, complete with a cozy fire pit, a luxurious hot tub and game room with ping-pong. Easy access to the Light Rail, Denver, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Boulder and the mountains. This home is the perfect base for your unforgettable Colorado getaway!

Our home is a true luxury gem steps from Historic Olde Town Arvada with every detail thoughtfully designed and tastefully furnished to create the perfect ambiance for a relaxing and memorable getaway you will remember for years to come.

The fully stocked kitchen is a true highlight of this home, boasting new appliances and ample quartz counter space. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or simply enjoy preparing your own meals, this kitchen is equipped to meet your every need and a dining table with seating for eight. Adjacent to the island, you'll find a charming coffee bar where you can brew your favorite cup of joe to kickstart your day.

When you head back to the house, if you need to plug in, enjoy our high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs for some downtime.

The primary bedroom is complete with a king-size memory foam mattress and a 43-inch Roku TV, and has its own ensuite bathroom and shower. This is the largest bedroom of all complete with a comfortable sitting chair and desk for getting work done.

On the main level, there are two inviting bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king-sized memory foam mattress, 32-inch Roku TV, and a desk with a chair. The second bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress and a 32-inch Roku TV and is the smallest of all. Both bedrooms offer comfortable and enjoyable spaces for relaxation and rest.

Our large spa-like shower heads will make it easy to get ready for the day or dial your evenings down at night. If you would prefer to take a bath in the brand new bathtub instead, we have you covered, providing you with the ultimate in flexibility and comfort. Everything is completely new, from the bathtub and showers, to the tile work, floors, sinks and toilets. You'll find all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and toiletries, to make your stay convenient and comfortable.

Situated within walking distance of Old Towne Arvada, you'll have easy access to charming shops, lively bars, and a variety of restaurants and coffee spots. What a beautiful, clean, enjoyable space! Everyone enjoyed walking to Arvada, the local restaurants, and the small arts festival. The hot tub was a big hit, and we also enjoyed the firepit on the cooler evenings. Everything was beautifully decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. We can’t wait to stay there again!

Everything was perfect for our stay. I loved how close the house was to downtown Arvada. It was the cutest town. The house itself was spotless and we all loved the decor. The host was great and quick to respond to any questions. Would definately stay here again.

Everything was seamless from check in to check out. The property was perfect size for six adults, and a very central location to lots! We visited red rocks, boulder, vail, Breckenridge and Idaho Springs. We will return.

My husband, two daughters and I stayed here for a softball tournament. The house was just as we expected based on the pictures and was very clean. It was a perfect amount of space for the four of us. We spent lots of time playing ping pong and cornhole in the backyard. The proximity to Olde Town was really nice as there are several good restaurants within walking distance.

The house is well designed to be beautiful and practical. We had 4 adults and one child, where we had nice space and room for everyone to hangout and sleep comfortably. It’s few min walk to pubs and restaurants, which were wonderful. House was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive and friendly. Thank you!

Brandon’s communication was great. He provided way more than expected for my 10 month old. The house was clean and nicely renovated. I would stay at another property of Brandon’s. I even left something and he messaged right away pickup arrangements.

A group if friends drove in from out of state to attend a Denver Broncos football game. This location was perfect! Easy access to Encompass Field, waking distance to some amazing restaurants. The driving distance to Denver was easy, we had no problems finding our way downtown. The home was inviting and clean. The spaces were perfect for either hanging out together or enough room to take a break away from each other. The backyard/game room was looking like a great spot to enjoy in warmer weather, but snow is expected this time of year. The property manager made sure we had timely information and was quick with responding to communications.

This house is even better in person than it was in the pictures! It looks brand new inside, is tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are large and beds are very comfortable. Although we didn't get a chance to use it, the back yard provides another great area to hang out in, in addition to the ample kitchen and living room space. Brandon was easy to work with and communications were excellent.

Everything about our stay at The Robinson was 11/10! The property is clean and newly renovated - top to bottom. Kitchen is well stocked, location is a short walk to the restaurants and shops of Olde Town Arvada. Great launching pad to hiking and the great outdoors. Our Host was also the best! Stay here, you’ll love it.
