Upon my arrival I met the owner, only because I approached him. He was very pleasant and helpful. The living area is beautiful and clean. The whole place appears to be new with nice features. The selling point for me was the surrounding area and the privacy. Sitting on the deck every morning enjoying a beverage, nature, and neighbors on the farm next door was the best part (Fyi, there is no smell from the small farm). We greeted the neighbors every day, who were a horse and 2 donkeys. If you’re lucky you will see deer roaming the property. We observed five on two different days. Also, we walked the property along the stream to the river which was serene. There is fire pit available to use but we didn't have time. We enjoyed Franklin, the local restaurants and Bars in the surrounding areas. This place is near everything we needed. In my opinion Franklin has more to offer than Nashville. I would stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. Had everything you would need for our stay. The owner, Andrew, was on top of everything. The local cat, Maddie (or as I called her, Dave), was even a hit.

What a pleasant experience! We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet time on the deck with the welcoming kitty cat! Andrew was helpful & accommodating! The house was super clean & modern. This was a peaceful escape. Thank you!

We enjoyed a great couple of days in Nashville and Franklin TN. The location was perfect , very peaceful and clean . Owner was very accommodating with us .

We enjoyed our recent stay! The space was accommodating and comfortable. The porch was amazing! Great spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. We even got to enjoy a late night thunderstorm! The hosts were responsive and friendly, especially Maddie the host cat!! She greeted us on the porch every morning. This place was close to everything we needed and would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Perfect place to relax after a trip around Nashville. The stress of the day melts away on the bach porch. The amenities are above expectations. Highly recommend,.

Such a sweet little place. We got to see turkey and deer every day. The peaceful view of the porch was wonderful! The host family had baby chickens in the garage and we got to peek out each day to see them and my son loved that. Will definitely be back!

Andrew's place was a perfect base camp for us as we had a lot of activities in the Franklin area over Easter weekend. The property was so attractive that I asked about plans to build something similar...it's a great guest quarters with all the amenities you would need and expect, as well as a few unexpected perks (like some complimentary K-Cups and an awesome shower!) We'll definitely keep this VRBO on our short list of places to stay in Franklin. Thanks!

We loved everything about our stay. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are plush, and the sheets are soft. The large windows throughout the house provide plenty of sunlight and overlook a gorgeous pasture next to the property. The water pressure in the shower is AMAZING! My husband and I enjoyed a nice, relaxing getaway. This was everything we wanted. Plus, the host was friendly and very responsive and easy to communicate with. 10/10 would stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family of four. Loved being able to adventure down to the creek and river and the property was extremely clean and comfortable. Host was friendly and helpful as well!

Loved the location to nearby downtown yet felt distanced away from the city. Loved the trails to relax and the outdoors. Beds were super comfy. Very clean and tastefully decorated.

Stay at this place if you are ever in Franklin, Tennessee!!! It’s gorgeous and just a short drive to downtown Franklin and the First Bank amphitheater. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband had a doctors appointment at Vanderbilt so my husband & I decided to go to Nashville a day or two before the appointment in order to just relax. However, we did not want to be in the hubbub of the city. We found this delightful “hideout” on the internet near Franklin & booked. Wow! We were so surprised how peaceful & quiet this place was despite the fact it was not far from the hospital, restaurants, & shopping. I highly recommend this place to all wanting to be near Nashville but not in it. Read the description… it is just as described & probably even better. My husband & I really liked it.
