Fun property, clean, unique. Beautiful drive to get there. Great town with nice shops nearby.
We booked for TWO days. First night was great. We get up, go into town and do some shopping, we come back and the cleaners are there, all our belongings outside in a pile in trash bags. Host instructed cleaners to do this. Called host. He claims BOOKING.COM didn’t tell him we were staying two nights. Claims there was no way to contact us. I sent screenshot of my confirmation from my cell phone to his cell phone and the cleaners then took our belongings back inside. Our two CPAP machines were mishandled, as they should be emptied of water before being turned on their sides. Water got into the motor side of the machines. (We got lucky, they stilled worked). My wife has cardiac and kidney failure. Her medications were put outside in garbage bag. Trip was an early 29th anniversary. This soured the second half of the stay. How unfortunate.
