Amazing location! This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is professionally decorated and boasts access to an oversized community patio to enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy Florida's legendary water activities from Indian Rocks Beach's premier condo resort. Ride the Lazy River and Water Slides with 4 complimentary daily passes to Splash Harbour Water Park. A $100/day value!!!! You are a three-minute walk from the Gulf's white-sand beaches and IRB's best restaurants.
Kitchen: Beautiful stainless steel appliances, perfect for making delicious home-cooked meals! There's also a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a blender, and both a drip coffee maker and Keurig. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters are not always available.
Dining Area: Just past the kitchen is a dining table with enough seating for 6.
Living Area: Comfortable seating with a couch, two sitting chairs, a ceiling fan, a TV, and a door leading out to your private balcony.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, a smart TV, dresser space, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom #2: This bedroom has 2 Queen-size beds, a smart TV, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom #3: A Queen bed, a dresser, a ceiling fan, and a wall-mounted TV.
Bathroom #1 (master en-suite): Three-quarters bath with standing shower. No tub.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This unit provides (1) Harbourside Resort parking spot and (1) Splash Harbour Water Park parking spot. No designated guest parking. Some street-side parking spots along 2nd St.

It is conveniently located within walking distance of Jimmy Guana's, The Original Crabby Bills, VIP Mexican Restaurant, Eatin' Fresh, JD's Restaurant & Bar, PJ's Oyster House, Jake's Cantina, and an Ice Cream shop with over 100 flavors. Also within walking distance are some local beach shops including beach rentals. There is also a CVS and a post office located close to Crabby Bills.

This was our second year staying at Harbourside with our children and grandchildren. It is a PERFECT location for families with young children. They love the waterpark right downstairs and the beach is only a 3 block walk. The unit had a high chair which was a happy surprise and came in handy for our 2 year old grandson. There is an external closet with sand toys and beach chairs. The only recommendation for improvement would be to have a collapsible wagon included in the closet to help transport things to and from the beach. I would definitely recommend!

Everything was as described. The location is really great and very walkable to so many things! We drove and visited many area locations during our stay and we all said we were glad to be staying in a more calm, laid back beach town, with plenty of walkable restaurants, bars, parks and of course the beach.

Kitchen needs updated plates, cups, pans. Water park needs two lines one for Splash Harbour & one for the Holiday Inn we had to wait in line behind everyone that was paying to get into the resort while we already had passes, overall wasn’t a bad stay just bad location not much to do.

This water park has a lazy river which was perfect for the grandparents and a couple of water slides which our grandchildren liked. It was crowded on the weekends, but during the week it was not busy at all. There are lots of things to do in the area! The owner was very responsive when we called about a couple of things which was greatly appreciated.

This was our second time at the property (different unit previously) and had a great vacation. Great communication from owner. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and local shops. Perfect spot for morning coffee on the patio looking out at the waterway below and gulf to the west. The pool allows guests outside of the condos and can get very busy. Good for families as our kids (9,7,4) enjoyed the water park/area. Recommend “turtle park” just across the bridge for a nature center experience.

This condo was the perfect location for a quick spring break getaway with 4 kids.
Tom accommodated our early arrival which was wonderful with 4 kiddos anxious to swim! The condo was beautiful, clean and very spacious. The view from the balcony was really great (we even saw manatees!) Our group really enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings and early morning with coffee!
We loved the easy access to the pool and waterpark and the beach was just a short walk! It was a really great trip that all of us enjoyed and we can't wait to come back!

We celebrated my uncle’s 70th and surprised him. We had an amazing time at Splash Harbor spending time with friends and family. Perfect location to bars and restaurants, walks on the beach. The host was very helpful and responded in a timely manner and great to work with. The condo was nice, clean and the views from the balcony were amazing. Highly recommend and would return!

Nice location but the unit was not well maintained. The furniture was old and dirty, lights, ice maker didn’t work and the washer had mold in it and smelled terrible. The complex was not clean and elevators were dirty and smelled bad. Definitely not worth the money!

We enjoyed our stay, from the location the ease of getting around and the condo. The parking garage was a nightmare as it doesn’t turn around you have to back up with no available spots. It’s hard to figure out the elevator without getting out on arrival. The condo was decorated cute, the views amazing and the location was perfect for our family. Actual functions of the condo needed some attention- the hot water in bathroom sink didn’t work unless you turned cold on. The bedroom pocket door didn’t lock, the key for the main door wasn’t secured inside the plastic and fell out several times. Some minor things for the week, but we enjoyed the facilities and had a wonderful family vacation. For a group our size we felt we needed more towels, we had 4 bath and 4 beach, 9 of us.

Was looking for a place to get all our boys together while we still can. They are older and started their own careers, and we wanted to get away and have fun as a family. Loved all that Indian Rocks and Clearwater had to offer. Great night out at Crabby Bills, Slyce, the Mexican restaurant, and of course the ice cream shop with 140 flavors, all within in walking distance. The pool was nice but we were over run with the children since school is out locally. Loved the drinks at the pool bar! We also met with relatives who live in the region.

First Tom is a great host. He’s communication though out the whole process was great! I stayed there with family on memorial day weekend. Location was great, only a short walk to the beach, and several restaurants within walking distance. The Splash Harbor was a bonus and awesome way to cool down and watch the kids play. I definitely would stay there again and would highly recommend.

This was a great place for a family vacation. This was a great location with an amazing view on the Marina, many restaurants nearby, and a short walk to the beach. One of the best beach condos we have stayed at. There are not many places that we go to and we feel like we walked in our second home, but this place did. We loved the view of the canal and watching the dolphins in the morning.
You don’t need to bring any towels or kitchen items, they have it all!
The water park was perfect for our kids (age 11, 10, 9) and we loved the bar attached to it.
We will definitely stay here again!

This property is great! Very spacious, well decorated, and clean! The communication was great with the owner. In a great location within a 3 minute walk to the beach! The balcony view is perfect with the canal view and the boats! We were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the different localities from the comfort of the balcony! The water park is fun! My only complaint is how slow and hot the elevator is but that is not this property owner’s fault.

This was an awesome find for our family vacation. From the initial booking, to check in, the owner was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to any questions I had regarding our stay.
The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. From beach towels to board games and all the necessities needed in the kitchen, the property lacked nothing. There were even beach chairs for us to use. The beds were comfortable. There were flat screen televisions in all the bedrooms and living room. My daughter-in-law even found a pack and play and high chair in one of the closets. The balcony was furnished with a grill, table and four comfortable chairs and two Adirondack chairs. There was plentiful underground parking in the condo's garage with an elevator that opened up almost directly in front of the condo.
The condo building adjoins a water park and includes four free passes daily and also the option to purchase up to six additional daily passes for half price. Splash Harbour Water Park is less than a year old and provided fun for the whole family. There is a lazy river, two large water slides and a large play area with small slides for young children. We did not eat or drink at the adjoining snack bar or cocktail bar but the food and drinks we saw looked good.
The condo was literally two shorts blocks from the beach access. The beach was beautiful and not very crowded. My adult son rented a paddle board from the Indian Rocks Beach Surf Shop and enjoyed paddle boarding on the Gulf.
Our family enjoyed walking to the local restaurants for dinner, including Los Mexicanos (Mexican food), Crabby Bills (Seafood) and Slyce (Pizza). We enjoyed the casual dining and friendly service provided at all of these local eateries. To satisfy our sweet tooth, the local ice cream shops hit the spot!
The views of the canal from one of the bedrooms, living room and the balcony were amazing. As were the sunsets. It was fun to watch the boats and paddle boarders coming and going up and down the waterway.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo and hope to be returning for years to come.
