SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

The organization has been perfect from the moment we first booked our holiday until we reached there.We have received driving instructions that were so helpful. The living area is very generous, and the kitchen is very well equipped. We had a memorable holiday! The villa is so beautiful! We cannot thank you enough; everything went according to plan.

Most of the time we spend on the terrace and enjoyed the evening by the pool.As an artist seeking inspiration, Villa Seren offered a stunning and modern setting. The villas design and ambiance were visually striking and provided a creative atmosphere. The well-lit spaces and the overall modern style were a canvas in themselves. The tranquility of the villa and the surrounding landscape served as the perfect backdrop for artistic endeavors. The spaciousness and the inviting pool area were simply inspiring

Just what we look for when booking a villa, cozy, clean, and modern. We already visited some of the tavernas nearby and try the most delicious Greek specialties, like Souvlaki and Taramasalata. The days that we did not went on adventure we spent our time by the pool.Great weather great holiday.Thank you Yvonne and family.
