- "Everything is BIG in Texas"! There is plenty of room to play or relax in the backyard. New gazebo, grill, outdoor dining area with patio umbrella in the back yard that provide plenty of shades for the Texas hot summer days.

Access to the entire house except cleaner's closets and garage.

-Local legislation and safety regulations require a "swimming pool waiver and release of liability" form signed and dated by guest before check-in. The document will be provided, please wet sign or e-sign it and provide a signed copy to host before check-in.
-Please follow swimming pool rules. Sign the Swimming pool waiver and Release of liability form before check-in.
-If you are looking for party house, please DO NOT book. We welcome family vacations and business trips!!!
- Pets are not allowed except for service animals.
- Front doorbell, floodlights above the garage door and on the house back wall have cameras, noise sensor is installed in backyard wall. DO NOT cover or remove them.
-DO NOT light the fireplace for any reason.
-Please keep fence gate locked if you leave the house.
-Please follow City noise ordinance, keep quiet time quite.
