About this apartment rental

We offer this charming, atypical 48 m² apartment (timber-framed house) for rent in Vannes, which can accommodate up to 3 travelers. Located in the city center on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it's all within walking distance! It comprises a lovely, bright and spacious 35 m² living room with high ceilings, a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a nice quiet bedroom with storage space, and a shower room (with shower and individual basin).

It's the ideal location for discovering Vannes and the surrounding area with family or friends! All you have to do is put down your suitcases and discover all the attractions of the Gulf of Morbihan!

The apartment comprises
- A 33 m² living room with TV, wifi and 1 single sofa bed (extra)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower, separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Vannes, 2 minutes' walk from the port, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops (convenience stores) as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, weekly markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

- Free parking is available nearby.
IMPORTANT: Please note that parking is prohibited in the town center on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, as the market is open.
- Nearest train station: Vannes, about 5 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique about 1h15 by car

Le Tobago "Cool flat, but horrible management 🙂 The apartment is very large and we really enjoyed our stay. It's right at the centre of Vannes and you have everything nearby. 🙁 The person handing over was late. This usually is not a big deal, but we got harrassed beforehand to indicate the exact date and time we arrive and then the person was late, not cool. In addition, the booking process was anything but customer-friendly. We received around 20 emails, were in contact with various different parties and had the feeling that we were not welcome at all. As soon as we had checked in, we received a message asking us when we would be able to check out."

Le Tobago "Could'nt have been better, lovely place, lovely apartment. 🙂 The apartment was a delight. Central to everything and comfortable and beautifully styled apartment to come back to after a hard day of holidaying . 🙁 Frankly nothing. The host Alain was helpful and anxious to ensure we had all info about the apartment as well as local advice for parking, restaurants etc. All facilities were checked by him when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed."
