About this house rental
This semi-detached, restyled family villa is located on the outskirts of Marinapark Volendam, overlooking the marina and almost directly on the Markermeer. Extending over three floors, the villa has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup. You'll have a terrace with garden furniture at your disposal. You can park in the central car park for Marinapark Volendam. At the moment we have no interior photos of this type of holiday home. As soon as some become available, they will be added. Various types and sizes of holiday homes and apartments are available for booking at Marinapark Volendam, ranging from 4 to 12 persons.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat. For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 50 p..p. / 500 p.p. may apply.
