Casa Marlago is a luxurious two-story home located in the El Encanto development, which is part of Punta Mita's gated community. With over 9,000 square feet of interior and exterior living space, including five bedrooms, this villa offers ample room for relaxation and enjoyment.
One of the standout features of Casa Marlago is its stunning views. Situated on a corner lot, the villa boasts ocean views. The outdoor terrace, overlooking one of the two Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses in Punta Mita, offers a breathtaking panorama of the Bahia de Banderas and the Pacific Ocean. Comfortable loungers are placed by the swimming pool, allowing you to relax and soak in the scenery. The outside dining area and adjacent lounge provide the perfect setting for evening meals and cocktails, while the outdoor fire pit creates a cozy ambiance on cooler nights.
The interior of the villa is equally impressive. The living room is bathed in natural light, thanks to the glass windows on both sides and with its simple and comfortable furniture, vaulted wooden beams, and nautical-inspired decor, it provides a welcoming space to unwind. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room, which features an oval stone table seating ten. The fully equipped kitchen allows you or your personal chef to prepare meals with ease.
The bedrooms in Casa Marlago are located across the villa's inner courtyard. The master suite is particularly impressive, featuring a king-size bed facing French doors that open onto the outer terrace, offering a stunning ocean view. The ensuite bathroom includes a stand-alone shower and bathtub. Of the four other bedrooms, three have king beds, while the fourth bedroom has two queen beds. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, and they are decorated with unique color palettes, charming decorative touches, and traditional art, creating a distinct and memorable atmosphere in each room.
