All guest must interested in reserving must sign both a rental agreement and a check in form. The rental agreement is the same as the house rules you will see in the listing and the check in form is letting us know names and ages of those staying at property along with uploading a license. The Neighborhood:
Ocean Pines community is one of the Eastern Shores most popular destinations. It has their own boat ramps, Yacht club, multiple pools, playgrounds and nature trails. Getting Around:
Feel free to enjoy a run, walk or bike ride in the community. If going to Ocean City, MD beaches, you are approx. 7-9 miles drive. Ocean Pines also has a ferry that goes back and forth to Ocean City for a nice ride via the Assawoman Bay! Bike & pack N play rentals available. Inquire with host.
Other Things to Note:
Close to wineries, Assateague Island, theme parks, boat rentals, shopping, movies and some of the best restaurants around. Bikes are available for rent via 3rd party company at a 30% discount to all Karsons Keys guest. Inquire directly to host.
