As they say… location location, hard to be beat for the price! Beaches right across the street! The pool was big and very well maintained. The lounge chairs in the pool area were new and really nice! A great restaurant right next to the property as well.

No AC! Ugh! If it’s not a heatwave it cools down with the fan provided. I wouldn’t stay here if it was a heatwave. The rooms are outdated but clean. The landscape could use some help.

The location was great, the rooms were spacious and the outdoor pool was very good.

The central area with the pool was nice but could have been made pleasanter, with better furniture and plants. The coffee room could also be made much nicer with a little effort. The bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable but need updating/cheering up. There were no hair dryers or laundry facilities. Overall, the property needed updating to make it nicer and justify the prices.

No breakfast. Location very good.

Very rude some people on front desk. Common aria for preparations coffee/tea, etc. Hotel dash”t have pool towels.

Great choice for our overnight stay! Excellent price for budget conscious travelers. Directly across from the beach! Our room had 2 double beds, a love seat, and high ceilings. Great “Cape Cod feel” Clean and breezy! Friendly receptionist folks too :)

We are comfortable without a/c . Fans are good but something to consider before booking.
