Location

Upon arrival noticed how outdated it was and the carpeting had SEVERAL stains. One of the bedrooms AC unit was also outdated and didn’t work. Box fans were the “accommodation” I called Vacasa and they assured me they would address the issue. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. My teenager and her friend had to endure the uncomfortable sleeping arrangements. There were several other issues. Ants were everywhere, the kitchen ceiling fan was dangerously spinning when turned on. The kitchen sliding glass door blinds were broken. The upstairs bathroom was missing the toilet paper holder as well as the shelving unit above the toilet was rotten. I reached to out Vacasa again upon return to voice my concerns and they believe refunding $195 was sufficient. I will NEVER use that property again and from the looks of it I unfortunately won’t be using Booking.com as it seems Vacasa is your go to. I have many photos as proof, but unfortunately you don’t allow to upload more than 4.
