The property detracted from my visit to Martha’s Vineyard

The location was good.

The property smelled like mold/mildew when you walk into the building. Fiber glass insulation was left sitting in the bedroom closet that was never removed, even after repeatedly asking for it to be removed. The bulbs on the second floor landing were not working and never fixed, even after repeatedly asking for them to be fixed. The property has many tripping hazards: 1) the step up at the sidewalk, 2) the twisted steps in the main hall, (especially at night, since the second floor bulb was out and never replaced), 3) the stone around the stove in the living space, and 4) the step up into the kitchen from the dining area. Many of the rugs were stained. The baseboard heat worked sporadically. Finally, the communications with Vacasa, while timely, did nothing to resolve any of the issues raised.

Old unit that desperately needs updates and should not be rented out as is, especially for the price

The smell was horrible, ants were crawling everywhere and the floors were not levelled

The place needs upgraded.

Location, location and location

Beds are too small for us. Our heights are average. ( 5’11” and 5’7”)

Great location, nice layout, it was a nice stay.

Great location, Close from all the shops. The layout is great, bright.

Some bulbs were dead, bathrooms are a bit overdated and the fireplace is gas fireplace (so you won't have the charm on a real wood burning fireplace)

I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Love the location. Interior spaces were gracious, beautifully furnished. Having an easy parking spot off street was great.

Level changes in a couple of rooms were a slight concern.
