with a double bed and its own en suite bathroom. Venturing up to the
second floor, there is a double en suite bedroom. The outdoor area
encompasses a swimming pool and a captivating glass-sheltered area.

The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi.
Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

person. The tax is payable for up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights.
Children under 14 years old are exempt from this tax. This is paid upon
arrival to the local agent

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25

arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
