Piacevole soggiorno relax

Villa Levi è stata una piacevole sorpresa, siamo stati molto bene. Abbiamo scelto una stanza un po’ più grande con vista mare ed era così. La struttura è dotata di un bellissimo giardino e di una meravigliosa terrazza con possibilità di consumare aperitivo. Ottimo il parcheggio gratuito.

Appena arrivato ho trovato in camera un po’ di polvere e sabbia, l’ho segnalato e ma giorni successivi è andata bene.

Der Aufenthalt war okay.

Schönes, gepflegtes Hotel. Aussenanlage war sehr schön mit den vielen Pflanzen.

- Frühstücksauswahl war klein - Schöne Rooftop Bar, jedoch war sie immer leer. - Klimaanlage war leider defekt im Zimmer. Somit konnten wir wechseln. Da war dann leider die Mini Bar defekt km Zimmer.

Hotel très bien placé

Superbement situé, face à la mer et aux pieds cette piste pour piétons et velos, la chambre est simple mais confortable. Proche Centre de San remo, Belles balades à faire à pied ou velo

Je crains qu après les travaux entamés (agrandissement de l hotel, création d une piscine) les prix flambent. 150€ la chambre vue mer début juillet 2024. Absence de restauration sur place, et donc aucune ambiance en soirée, du coup le paradis pour se reposer Parking en graviers, pas pour les 2 roues

Het mooie gebouw aan de buitenkant en het restaurant waar het ontbijt geserveerd werd was leuk met een mooi uitzicht

De kamer echt heel klein badkamer nog kleiner kon me niet bewegen in de douche zo krap en klein, het was nog best stuk lopen naar het centrum( daar kan het hotel niks aan doen natuurlijk) de ruimte van het ontbijt super uitzicht het ontbijt zelf echt een teleurstelling weinig keuze en wat er lag was geen top kwaliteit.

Eine sehr schönes und ruhig in einem Vorort von Sanremo gelegenes Hotel mit Super Aussicht aufs Meer

Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten und das beste Zimmer des Hotels erhalten (Seeblick mit Balkon - besten Dank dafür ). Gutes und umfassendes Frühstück. Sehr ordentlich arrangiert und dargeboten. Parkplätze großzügig bemessen. Personal zuvorkommend. Alles war frisch renoviert worden. Die Renovierung erfolgte qualitativ hochwertig und modern; passte aber gut zum alten Stil der Villa. Die Außen- und Gartenanlagen war frisch hergerichtet worden; Teile wurden noch frisch in der Anlage im laufenden Betrieb renoviert (störte aber überhaupt nicht).

Vielleicht ein Rasier- und Kosmetikspiegel im Bad und Haken zum Anhängen im Bad.

Top Wohlfühl Adresse in Sanremo.

Tolles Haus in guter Lage. Die Anlage wird zurzeit renoviert. Trotzdem ruhig und sauber. Das Frühstücks Restaurant ist toll geworden. Auswahl und Qualität sind top!

Oh, der brummende Ventilator im Bad. Da gibt’s doch bestimmt was mit angenehmerem Sound?!

Atractivo, moderno y cómodo

Todo nuevo. Cerca de la playa y comercios andando cerca. La cama era muy cómoda. La tv tenía Netflix. Tiene parking gratis. Muy bonita la decoración en general. La parte exterior aún estaba remodelándose, y una vez que esté acabado quedará precioso. Espacio para pasear y relajarse en algún banco.

El baño es pequeño. La ducha no es cómoda, demasiado pequeña y se salía el agua. Yo hubiera quitado el bidé y hubiese distribuido todo de otra forma para poder hacer la ducha más práctica.

Camera spaziosa e pulita, rinnovata di recente. Buona l’accoglienza. L’hotel dista pochi passi dal mare con una stradina in salita/discesa, bellissima terrazza a disposizione degli ospiti. Parcheggio interno alla proprietà gratuito e comodo

Der Garten des Hotels wird einmal schön werden, ist zur Zeit noch Baustelle. Die Sonnenterrasse war angenehm.

Das Hotel hat die gebuchte Klimaanlage nicht in Betrieb genommen. Es war sehr heiß im Zimmer.

Si vous réservez un formule 1 c’est pareil sauf la vue. Aucun équipement chambre mal nettoyée cheveux au sol literie mauvaise drap juste clipsee sur la couette vraiment limite chambre à 170€ sans petit déjeuner c’est une escroquerie Hôtel en rénovation bruit de marteau piqueur

Le calme et le personnel de l’hôtel

très mal insonorisé des 8h du matin nous avons été réveillé par les gens qui montent et descendent les escaliers, le voisin qui tire la chasse d’eau, la femme de ménage qui passe l’aspirateur.

This is a new property. A very large, villa and grounds that has recently been renovated as a hotel. The staff were great – very friendly, and helpful.

Well, it’s a very minor point, but I was surprised to have paper cups in my room. Seemed incongruous with the high quality of the rest of the decor

Relax fronte mare

La posizione eccellente !!! Vicino al centro ma lontano dal caos e soprattutto fronte mare, i giardini curati meravigliosamente. Parcheggio gratuito; camera bella confortevole e pulita ,letti e cuscini molto comodi ...personale gentilissimo. La sala colazione (dove credo che si possa anche pranzare e cenare) super bella arredo nuovissimo e stiloso ...ho richiesto una colazione vegana e l'ho molto apprezzata ,mio marito che mangia normale l'ha ritenuta buona forse poco varia. La villa in generale è stupenda 😍

Piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza mancano dei ganci appendiabiti, in camera .. e in bagno un bicchiere portaspazzlini un kit di cortesia comprese le ciabattine usa e getta.

Wir konnten mit dem Hund problemlos in der Unterkunft übernachten. Privater Parkplatz war vorhanden. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick hat sich ebenfalls gelohnt. Sehr schön gepflegter Garten, welches die Villa veredelt.

Pas d’eau chaude à la douche! Plage à proximité inaccessible et sale. 20€ de supplément pour un chien pour une nuit! Pas de geste commercial malgré la douche froide.

Una villa vista mare

La location è spettacolare, tanto spazio con giardino e veranda tutto con vista mare. Anche l’interno è molto bello.

Il terzo letto della nostra camera era uni di quelli apribili e quindi è risultato leggermente scomodo.

L'accueil, tous les employés sont aimables et souriants. Un plaisir ! Le confort et la propreté de la chambre avec vue sur la mer. Le parking gratuit.

La climatisation un peu bruyante, nous avons du la couper la nuit. Le snacking en chambre, 3€ le petit paquet de Chips c'est cher.

Nice location, deceptive presentation

Good location, close to beach. Nice garden. The hotel has an enclosed car park. The room was spacious.

The car park was overfull and people parked randomly around the hotel buildings, blocking each other.. The room we had was not in the villa itself but in an apartment block next to it. The airconditioning didn't work. On the door there was the obligatory government notice detailing the prices for the accommodation, and the 'star' rating. The room was one star only (not three as advertised) and the official high season price was only about 30% of what we were actually charged. I was happy to book for the price, but disappointed by the misleading presentation on Booking.com, as the room was nothing like advertised.

We ordered an improved room with a view of the sea, the room was cleaned daily, there was air conditioning, there is parking for cars, the staff is very friendly. There is a nuance, the air conditioner works from the card, on the family given only one electronic key, but this is not a problem for us.

We ordered breakfast for the whole family. Unfortunately, the child, breakfast was not very suitable. Beforehand, better clarify the menu at the hotel. Our baby was hungry.

Disappointing

Garden was well maintained, staff was friendly and helpful. Close to the beach.

We booked the economic bedroom so our room wasn’t inside of the villa but another building and had nothing similar with announced pictures of the rooms. Room that we stayed in was really basic and the furnitures were really old. For what we paid, the room was way below our expectations.
