3 room apartment 60 m2 fully equipped with air conditioning on the 2nd floor with elevator in the residence Eden Palace luxury.

Private parking space in the basement included in the accessible price with a beep.

You have high speed internet access and free WiFi + many internet tv channels with orange box in the apartment. You also have TNT channels and all channels of the box TV and LCD TV.

A nice spring getaway in Cannes

If you are looking for a clean, efficient, spacious and safe place to stay in Cannes, this is a great place for you. Situated at the end of the famous Rue d'Antibes, it is close to everything you need: good walking, great shopping, both the large Forville covered market as well as the smaller Gambetta market with fresh local produce, quaint restaurants and bistrots lining the adjoining streets. A short walk to the sea with its many beach clubs takes only about 5 minutes from the apartment. The parking within the apartment building is a super bonus, no problem fitting in a midsize SUV. Overall, our stay didn't disappoint. Thank you, Jean-Michel for being a very good host.

Non sono riuscito a partire a causa di un caso di Covid in famiglia emerso all'ultimo istante. Ho chiesto un parziale rimborso per spese non sostenute (city tax, pulizia dell'appartamento, cambio lenzuola), ma mi è stato negato. sono molto deluso

Cet appartement est une pépite une belle découverte sur la rue d’Antibes. Sa situation idéale permet de faire tout à pied et de laisser la voiture au garage. Il est spacieux, offre tout le confort auquel on s’attend pour s’y sentir tout de suite à l’aise et son balcon est absolument un must. Il a tout pour plaire et contribuer à des vacances réussies. Je n’hésiterai pas à y revenir et le conseille vivement à tous vacanciers qui recherchent leur prochain séjour à Cannes.

Location spacieuse idéale dans Cannes : bien placée, bien isolée, propre et dotée de tout le confort ( dont WIFI); avec en plus un garage sur place bien utile en centre ville. Notre hôte Jean Michel a été très accueillant et reste bien à l'écoute. Gère globalement avec sérieux cet appartement. En résumé très très bon séjour à recommander!

Risiediamo in questo alloggio durante la vacanza giá da diversi anni, e non posso che confermare il nostro giudizio più che positivo. La descrizione dell'appartamento corrisponde esattamente alla realtá: acqua calda, copertura Wi-Fi, posto garage ed aria condizionata sono solo le principali comoditá offerte. L'ubicazione in pieno centro cittadino garantisce la praticitá negli spostamenti. Il proprietario si dimostra sempre molto cordiale e disponibile, soprattutto nella sua costante reperibilitá per ogni evenienza. Il nostro soggiorno è stato nuovamente stupendo, oltre che per la bellezza di Cannes, anche per il comfort dell'alloggio, assolutamente da consigliare.

"A high quality apartment situated close to la Croisette, shopping and good restaurants. Every morning we walked across the street to buy breakfast at the local bakery, and then enjoyed it at the balcony. We were positivly surprised by the warm and nice weather that late in September and spent most of the time at the beach. We will recommend this apartment to everyone going to Cannes."
