Un hôtel exceptionnel offrant un service complet!

Excellent séjour! Le personnel offre un excellent service très courtois avec la bonne humeur. Les chambres sont modernes avec toutes les commodités requises et surtout très propres. Nous avons pris avantages des différents services incluant la piscine et le gym ainsi que le restaurant et avons été grandement satisfaisant. Je dois noter le niveau de service du maître d’hôtel en charge du restaurant et bar qui est exceptionnel!

Can’t wait to go back!

I loved that it was just a tiny bit away from the Main Street but still central to town. The place was beautiful, clean. The rooms were spacious. The good in the restaurant was delicious. There were fire pits at night that were lovely. Such a a beautiful property and a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing. Will go back to the amazing place!

Nice room with balcony in good location near Lake Placid. Restaurant needs better menu.

We went to the restaurant for dinner, but none of the items that were on the website were available at the restaurant. We ended up going somewhere else.

Need a better, vegetarian friendly menu. There should be a no pet, no smoking section of the hotel. The EV charging stations were ridiculously expensive and hard to use. Should be complementary.

Great hotel !

Loved the new property , comfortable beds . Check in took a bit as we had to wait for the person at the desk to get back from a break , over all great place to stay !

Hotel moderne qui a besoin d’ajustements niveau propreté, technique et surveillance.

Bel hôtel moderne près de Lake Placid en auto. Pres de sentiers à pied. Chambre confortable, propre et moderne. Lieu proche de sentiers en montagne et calme.

La Piscine était malpropre, cheveux, et autre matière humaine qui flottait.. aucune surveillance meme ni aucune caméra.. Dangereux. Les enfants etaient tres bruyans et et se chicanait dans l’eau sans surveillance. La piscine est TRÈS ÉCHO. Il y avait un excrement de chien dans un corridor. Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyées chaque jour sauf si demandé 24h minimum à l'avance... décision cheap. La première chambre offerte avait vue sur une roche et le derrière du stationnement alors que j’avais fait la demande d’une belle vue. Le personnel n'est pas très sympathique. Dernier jour : aucun internet ou électricité, j’ai dû prendre une douche froide!

Scenic and very close to Nature.

Beds were really comfortable Quite and Spacious room Large bathroom with lots of counter space Restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were helpful.

It would be nice to have more cream and sugar for coffee in the mornings. You can hear when people run down the halls.

we would stay at cambria again

the pool was nice, my boys enjoyed it. Parking was good, close to room

we booked a quadruple room , 2 queen beds and bunk beds but got a small room with just 2 double beds. was told there was nothing they could do that night, we were a bit uncomfortable. the next morning we were moved to adjoining rooms and very happy.

Potentially a great hotel.

The gym and pool were great, location was good, the room was comfortable.

What was disappointing that despite how quiet the hotel was; customer service was mixed to say the least. Everyone seemed to be on a permanent shift, the reception desk often seemed to alternate as a dining room table. There was a lack of knowledge regarding trails or even places to eat. I found out more about the staff than anyone found out about me. Also it appears that very few staff members are completely happy in their work.

It was nice, however expected more for the price.

It’s beautiful and a great location!

A handful of small things that to me are major in a hotel stay. The pool states it’s heated but it was extremely cold. The shower water also does not get very hot at all. I asked for new towels in the morning and by 7pm never got them so I had to go down and get some myself.
