· Two Living Rooms with comfortable couches and two sofa Queen sleepers. Each room has a large, flat-screen television. One of the living areas can serve as a kids’ TV room since it is adjoined by a bedroom with two bunk beds as well as a bathroom with a jacuzzi and a separate shower.
· A Fully Equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.
· A breakfast bar has 3 comfortable, high-backed chairs.
· A Wet Bar with a granite counter top, ample glassware, a blender and an icemaker.
· The Dining Area, next to the floor-to-ceiling glass windows, features an 8-seat table.
· A Master Bedroom with a King-size bed, two end tables with lamps, and a flat-screen TV.
· A Master Bathroom with a granite countertop and double sinks, a jacuzzi and a separate shower.
· A 2nd Bedroom with two Queen-size beds, a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
· A 3rd Bedroom with a King-size bed, a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
· A 4th Bedroom with a King-size bed and bunk beds with twin-size beds on the bottom and twin on the top. The room also has a flat-screen TV.
· A 5th Bathroom in the hallway has a stand-up shower and also serves as the laundry room with a washer and dryer.
· A large, wraparound balcony, overlooking the park, has a large table with eight seats and four, large cushioned chairs - two with ottomans.
*Please note: The Oasis at Orange Beach, formerly known as Phoenix West II, is a smoke-free complex, except for designated outdoor smoking areas. The non-smoking policy, which include e-cigarettes, apply to all common areas (i.e. pool decks, stairwells, etc.), inside condominium units and on balconies.
