Settled 0.4 miles from the beach and fully enclosed with lush landscaping, step into your own personal paradise and float your day away in the pool, unwind in the hot tub, relax in the hammock, or indulge in s’mores by the fire. With plenty of parking, you could also bring your boat to enjoy the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway, easy ramp access is located just 0.3 miles from the home.

We give guests space but we're never far away should there be any questions or concerns. Call, email or message us at anytime and we'll be happy to help.

Conveniently located just 0.4 miles from Matanzas Avenue beach access and 0.3 miles from Palmetto Road Boat Ramp

Guests will have access to the entire house minus a locked hall closet

Bedroom 1: King primary room with ensuite bath

Bedroom 3: Full over full bunk bed with twin trundle
Bedroom 4: Sofa bed (this is an office with a sofa bed, no closet or dresser)

POOL HEAT - Pool can be heated to 86 degrees for a fee of $35/n for the duration of stay. Please inquire if interested in adding this amenity.

Disclosure: There is a security camera located in the backyard. Footage is only viewed/accessed in the event of an incident.

Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations paid via Stripe): If Guest cancels the reservation more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, Guest will be refunded 95% of any payments made. If Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, any payments made by Guest will be forfeited. No refunds will be given once final payment has been made. It is advised that Guest purchase Vacation Insurance through a third-party provider.

If you or your family are looking for an awesome place to get away, this house is the perfect little oasis. It has so much room inside and out, the pool and spa are so relaxing and it is only blocks from the beach. I enjoyed waking up before the kids and laying in the hammock, watching the sunrise with my babies and splashing around in the pool with the family. I can't wait to come back in the fall and enjoy the heated pool and firepit.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Cap Estate!! The house was clean & bright, beautifully updated, short drive to the beach, and had the most amazing backyard with a pool!!😍 Rachel & Amy, the property managers, were extremely quick to respond to all of my messages & even came to drop off a new coffee pot right after I messaged them that it was not brewing. They even went above and beyond to provide me with the link to the mattress they bought for the master bedroom because we loved it so much, we had to buy one! We would happily book this house again & again!

Beautiful property with nice pool and outdoor space. I was surprised when I checked in that the pool was dirty and the pool deck had not been cleaned prior to us checking in. The previous guests had children that colored on the outdoor steps and landing that was not removed prior to us checking in. Leftover chalk was also scattered about the outdoor dining area. We had to skim the pool multiple times during our stay as the pool filter did not appear to be working or circulating correctly. My son also cut his foot on the open pvc pipe in the hot tub (hosts claim they will tell the owner). This property is very bright, white, and clean inside, but there are not shades throughout the common areas for privacy. If you are a light sleeper you will be up with the sun during your stay here.

Our group was two couples, and our 6-day stay was PERFECT. The house was just right, clean, easy to enter, and the pool area was wonderful. Spent most of our time at the pool, and the beach was absolutely fabulous, and only four blocks from the house. Many nearby restaurants, and downtown St. Aug was just a 20-min UBER down the road. We'll be back again........ Cheers, Al

This house has a great layout to accommodate a family. We had our children, ages 16, 17, 21 & their friend age 20, and my husband & I and the space was great. The beds were all comfortable, my son even slept on the pull out sofa sleeper all week & no issues. Everything was clean & updated. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. The backyard is an absolute dream & because of that there were days we didn’t even leave the property. We never heard the neighbors once. It’s located in a nice neighborhood, but you are not located near walking distance of much, except Dollar General & the Beach. Which was just fine with us. Lots of great food options & grocery stores within a short drive. Overall, our favorite stay ever! We all agreed we will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

This property was the perfect size for our group of 6, and we loved spending time in the beautiful backyard! The property managers were responsive to our questions. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.
