The apartment is up to date and modern with beautiful views of Villefranche-sur-Mer and St Jean Cap Ferrat Prior to our arrival I spoke to the owner on the phone. He as able to give me good advice on transportation as well as places to visit and restaurants. the apartment is on a winding hill make a car rental essential since walking to the bus stops is difficult. Free parking in a secure garage :) Check in was confusing. We did not get check in codes etc prior to arrive. We were under the impression that the manager would be there to greet us and get us into the entry gate, parking garage and the apartment. That was not the case and we ended up using Facetime to get instructions. That proved difficult since he does speak some english but we still a language barrier. The kitchen was nice with some Nespresso pods provided. and bottle of wine :) Beds were comfortable & bedrooms spacious with a lot of closet and storage space. The master bath tub needs a grab bar and mat on the bottom of the tub. It is a deep tub and slick esp. since the shower head is in the middle of the tub. Master bath has one plug located in a drawer. Another plug out side the drawer would be nice. The family room furniture was all new and comfortable as well as the deck furniture and dining tables. There were some bugs in the apartment, roly poly, centipedes and small spiders so could use pest control. All in all we enjoyed the apartment and would rent again! Thanks.

Dina’s apartment was simply wonderful! Very clean place. I appreciated the extra pillows, towels, water, and coffee. I felt right at home and look forward to visiting again next year. Thank you Dina for your kind hospitality 🙂.
