El Cruce is totally remodeled with your perfect vacation in mind. Relax in the lower living area, entertain in the upper elegant bar area, or watch the stars from the upper deck. Great for groups or family's.
Each bedroom has it's own bath and TV. The home has a split floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on each side. Nothing has been overlooked. The beach is just out the back door and the pool and hot tub is just a quick walk on the beautiful landscaped walking path. Nestled between Las Palomas and La Princesa Resorts on Sandy Beach, this gated community offers a private beach and is a rare hidden gem. Very convenient location, just minutes to everything Puerto Peñasco has to offer.

This home is gorgeous! We had family and friends get together and everyone was in awe how nice the home was. Upon entering, it is welcoming and gives an instant feeling that relaxation is inevitable, which was exactly what we were there for. It is well stocked with great access to the beach and nearby pool. The check in process was easy and owner is quick to respond to questions. Thank you so very much, we will definitely be staying again

We had the best time at this gorgeous home, we could ramble on and on about all the amazing features!! Clean, comfy, all the bells/whistles, accommodations, LOCATION!!! We never want to stay anywhere else! Our dogs were so happy basking in the sun in the fenced in patio! So many different “hangout” areas!! Wonderful place for family to build lifelong memories!!! Book this!!

Costa Diamante is a gorgeous development in Sandy Beach. Each house is a mansion, and this particular home is the most amazing one I have stayed in so far. The house contained all the amenities and upgraded appliances you could ask for, from beach chairs, a canopy, and a beach cart to phone chargers on either side of all the beds. A very short walk down the path, the house is practically on the beach front. I would definitely stay here again.

Incredible property, steps from the beach, fully stocked kitchen, ice makers, indoor bar area second level, extra drink refrigerator, multilevel patios, plenty of beach towels, canopy for beach, beach wagon, 4 beach chairs, 4 bed, 4 bath, 2 A/Cs, super comfy beds, pet friendly, laundry, garage, razor/trailer parking, super friendly gaurds, community pool/hot tub, smart TVs, close restaurant, next to Casa Blanca resort. Top notch accommodations for 10 of us!

We have stayed in many different condos over the years. This was our first house! We will definitely be staying here again. House is beautiful, views are amazing, location incredible. Walk to beach is super quick. For Memorial Day weekend we couldn’t believe how quiet it was both at the house and the beach. The rest of Sandy beach had wall to wall people - this neighborhood only had a few families at the beach per day.

The house was amazing better than the pictures. We couldn’t have found a better place for the 8 of us. Easy access to the pool and just a short walk to the beach. Centrally located for all the activities we wanted and easily walkable to either end of Sandy beach. The house was generously stocked with all the items needed to enjoy a week at the ocean. We loved the secure private gated community which also overflowed to a more private beach area. We will definitely come back as the host was was easy with communications and very accommodating with our needs.

My family and I always stay in the beautiful homes in costa diamanté. This home has exceeded all the others! It was clean, comfy, and felt just like home. The proximity to the beach was perfect and the space was plentiful. We will absolutely be back!!

This is the perfect place to stay in Puerto Peñasco. The home is located safe in a gated community. The gorgeous beach is short walk away. The owner is extremely accommodating.

Beautiful house that's incredibly clean and well stocked. Pool is short walk and beach a very short walk. Only negatives are couches without backs in the only living area and having to wear ID bracelets the entire time you are there. However, partially because of the those bracelets, the security is the best I have seen in Rocky point if that's important to you. 5 stars

This house was the perfect location for our first trip to Mexico. The pictures were spot on, the house has everything you need, was super clean and it was just steps to beach! If you are looking for a place to stay that has everything you need and plenty of space this is your spot!

Absolutely beautiful property in a quiet & safe upscale seaside community. Property was exactly as described and steps from the beach as well as a short walk from multiple restaurants. A quick 10 minute drive or less in any direction will take you to grocery stores, golf, and other entertainment. The host was prompt on responses and provided great detail leading to a smooth process checking into the property. Highly recommend this property and have ZERO complaints!
