The comfortable and spacious living room is the ideal spot for relaxation, featuring plush seating, a large smart TV, DVDs, and board games for your entertainment. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or hosting a family dinner, this kitchen has you covered.

One of the highlights of this vacation home is the private pool and patio area. Step outside and immerse yourself in a tropical paradise. Whether you want to take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool, bask in the sun on the loungers, or unwind in the shaded seating area, this outdoor space offers the perfect retreat. A gas grill has been provided should you want to treat your beloved guests to delicious grilled meals. The primary suite enjoys its own smart TV, an en suite bath, a working desk, and a cozy seating area facing the back patio.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming is available using your own accounts.
Guests can add pool heat from November through April for $25 per day.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This house has everything needed for the beach trip for a family. You can show up with nothing but your clothes and have everything you need! Perfect property for a family vacation.

Home is located in an undesirable neighborhood with loud neighbors (police and ambulance were called on night due to a neighbor fight outside at 3am). We paid extra for a heated pool and the pool never heated. We contacted Vacasa Management daily about the pool and dirty linens. We did not have anyone contact us until Day 8, when we checked out a day early due to the filth in the house. We arrived to dirty linens, filthy bathrooms, and even found cockroaches in the room. We were expected to start a load of laundry at check out but laundry detergent was never provided. I don't recommend staying at this house and especially dealing with their management team.

Ideally I would have loved to be closer to the beach but didn’t want to pay those prices. This property was a great compromise. The beach is about 30 minutes away with traffic. You have lots of beach choices which is nice. The heated pool was lovely. The house is well stocked & very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

What an amazing vacation home! So spacious and plenty of room for the whole family (include the fur children)! Relaxing heated pool and lots of local attractions! This home has everything we needed and more! Great Stay!

Everything was over the top perfect! Book this house for a perfect trip! I couldn’t have dreamed of A better stay! This house was perfect for my family and I! It had everything we needed from anything you can think of in the kitchen, board games to beach towels for the beach! It had so many extras we were not expecting but was extremely nice! The beds were sooo comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud, and the house was so spacious. The pool was so nice to have in the privacy of our own backyard too. Super clean and had everything we could want or need in our perfect beach trip. Location was also perfect. This house is close to everything including the beach (siesta key is where we went), to all of the shopping and restaurants you could think of at UTC. We will DEFINITELY be back here!! Thanks for an amazing stay and trip!! :)

This home is great for large groups, plenty of room for everyone! The home was well stocked and close to several local attractions. It is only about 15-20 min easy drive to beaches with some great restaurants as well. Within minutes from Sarasota airport.
