For my next trip I will book the same hotel

The rooms are clean and parking space .

When we order from the kitchen.....need to wait for 1 hour time. Hope if there is more staff to help the chef.

Far much better than the Ibis I used to stay in back in 1999

1. Ibis brand 2. Room 3. Distance from work 4. Food during breakfast is good

1. Parking entrance too narrow. Cannot park my car @ basement. Have to park upstairs & pay for it. 2. Poor planning on food during breakfast. Not enough when have to share with bus load of Chinese tourists. Have to wait for you guys to refill. 3. False alarm @ early morning hours. 4. Room not tidy when I came back in the evening. Have to get housekeeping in.

Work trip-friendly but NOT for tourists!

Very basic room but sufficient for a work trip. Close to Sunway Pyramid and not much more.

Staff at the front desk late at night was NOT at all helpful and quite rude but the one who helped me check out was very accommodating and friendly!

比较适合巫族入住，前后左右商店都是马来餐厅

最不好的是早餐食物来不及准备给大家，所以只能吃白粥香肠马铃薯块，面包涂planta 应该可以给更好的牛油吧！食物选择是差强人意吧

Parking 酒店门口不用付费就太好了

A clean and nice hotel room great for business short stay

Big bed and comfy room and nice bathroom and living hall

Serve more variety of breakfast and serve butter cube , not big chuck of margarine on a plate

Disappointed, I thought the hotel is newly opened and everthing should be in order but not I expected.

The cleanliness of the bed, mattresses, duvet is the problem. After one day stayed, I got rashes on my body and my wife also experienced the same as well. Hopefully body will ok after applied medicine. Pls treat hygiene as your hotel priority.

Pleasant experience but no free parking and have to park outside the hotel

Room was small and the location is not good

It was clean, water pressure was good

The rooms was too small and the location is not good at all. It was harder to get grab also from the location.

Value for money but you need to have a car to move around

New hotel clean but sound proofing is poor.

Not many amenities around especially food choices is very limited

love the bed!

going down to the parking lot is abit tight and the shower room water kinda leak out to the toilet and making the basin/toilet bowl floor area really wet

Generally is okay!

Gym room is clean and equipped well. Hopefully the going forward maintenance is good.

Breakfast not attractive, not worth for the value. And carpark is not accessible because entrance is too narrow.

New and comfy.

Everything is new. Bed comfortable, TV is modern. Water dispenser outside the room. Nice gym. Restaurant on site even though limited choice but good enough. Now everything on promotion as it is new hotel.

As it is new, the smell of new renovation still linger around. Not good for people who are sensitive to it. In the end I had to open the window whole night and thus did not really have a good sleep. With time, it shouldn't be a problem. WiFi not good.
