Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Strand mit einer guten Busverbindung direkt nach Cagliari Zentrum.

Direkt am Strand. Gute Busverbindung nach Cagliari Zentrum. Gastgeber Andrea sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße und kaum Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

Un accueil exceptionnel Andrea se donne énormément pour la clientèle. Nous ne pouvons pas demander mieux pour l’emplacement . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à cette endroit, je le recommande à 150%

Trovare accoglienza e simpatia, riempie sempre di gioia un viaggio!

Ambiente nuovo, ben curato in tutti i dettagli: pulizia impeccabile e Andrea, il proprietario, di una gentilezza e accoglienza infinita. Assolutamente consigliato!

Se proprio vogliamo trovare un “difetto”, la struttura è a ridosso di una strada piuttosto trafficata, tuttavia la camera è ben insonorizzata.

Les locaux , le petit dej disponible toute la journée , la gentillesse et l’accueil d’Andréa , la proximité de la plage

Beaucoup de passages route très fréquenté proche même si étant de bons dormeurs cela nous a pas trop dérangé

Beautiful location on the beach, with direct access to the beach. The room is beautiful, newly furnished, with sea view. Great breakfast and very nice, helpful and positive Owner.

Just not suitable for the more sensitive people, we heard relatively loud noises at night.

The location is excellent right on the beach, the rooms are clean and also have a beautiful view of the sea, there is a garden with a cosy seating area where you can drink your coffee at the beginning of the morning or evening and the breakfast room is available at all times. the beach is very very beautiful with white sand and clear water, most of the time it is not crowded, Andrea is the host and he is Very nice and will help you find good restaurants or bars in the area and suggest you local dishes to try ;)

Highly recommend!

The location is on the beach with access directly from the front yard. There is a garden/terrace outside the villa where you can spend some time during the day (if not too hot) or evening. The beach is clean, white sand, not crowded, not noisy, which is what I wanted. The interior of the villa is freshly renovated, everything is in perfect functioning condition: eating space, a fridge with fruits, yoghurt, water, juice, coffee, tea, biscuits, croissants, cocoa powder, ice machine, microwave, cereal dispenser, etc. The rooms have beach view, which is a big plus, The bed, the mattress and the pillows are very comfortable. The owner, Andrea, is very polite and helpful, always reachable, which makes it even a better choice. I highly recommend this place! I enjoyed my short stay. Thank you Andrea for being such a nice, friendly host!
