Immediately took pictures upon entering so we would not be blamed for damage and filth in the home. We were welcomed by cobwebs (filled with bugs), dirty carpets/floors, broken shower, disgusting mattresses. This is a poorly managed, poorly maintained property. We had to ask for a vacuum, silverware, and kitchen towels. There was only one hand towel, with no replacements, for the bathrooms. Pictures show a much nicer space than what is actually in the property. (This is only naming a few of what this property lacks.) But the location was perfect for getting to all the wonderful activities and venues Frisco has to offer. Neighborhood is nice and relatively quiet.

This house was very poorly cleaned. We unfolded the clean sheets to find hair all over the beds and pillows in every room in the house. Therefore, we were unable to sleep in the beds after coming in late from traveling all night. We had to wash all of the sheets. We also had to wash the towels as all of the clean towels had hair all over them. The floors were insanely dirty to the point we felt the need to sweep and mop. None of the remotes had batteries in them making the tvs unusable throughout the whole house. The house itself was very beautiful and has lots of potential to be a great place to stay. I rate the cleanliness of this house a 2/10. I felt disgusting being in this house.

I gave it a 4 star because when we entered the home the house was NOT cleaned. 3 of the 4 beds was a mess and towels was in the tub, dishes in the sink and the floor was dirty and sticky. I immediately reached out to the host to call me, she immediately responded back asking was something wrong. Again asked her to call me, to much to type, she never called. I sent her message the house was not clean. She did not respond, even after send 3 to 4 more messages she still did not respond. I reached out to VRBO and while talking to them she responded stating that the cleaning crew had car trouble and just told her and they was on their way. It took them about 45 to an hour before anyone showed up which messes up our dinner plans. I informed the host that the toilet seat was broken in one of the bathrooms and I also had a concern about the sheets being cleaned because in the linen closet the sheets was balled up and just thrown on the shelf and the towels was on the floor. She assured me that the linen was cleaned but I couldn’t be so sure so we went out and bought blankets and sheets for our stay. On a positive side the house is very beautiful and well decorated. It was the perfect size for our group. quiet neighborhood and just minutes away from the stores we like to shop at. Once the cleaning crew showed up we left to grab a bite to eat and came back to a very clean home. Requested cleaning fee back but haven’t heard from the host since. Overall it was a great stay
