The first floor Master Bedroom offers king size bed, TV, sitting area, private deck and private bathroom with custom shower with wet room hosting soaking tub and luxury floating vanity.
Second bedroom with Queen bed with private bathroom with custom tiled standing shower with luxury spa style vanity. (Foam mattress pad under bed for overflow of smaller children)
Last bedroom on the first floor has one built in bunk bed (queen on bottom and twin on top), TV and it's own private bathroom.
Also, first floor has laundry room washer and dryer and a custom storage area for hanging beach/pool towels and storing pool/beach items. First floor powder room ends the first floor layout.
The Great Room Area has vaulted ceilings that are covered with natural wood beams. Sectional sofa, two chairs, wood coffee table, flat screen TV and custom shelving. The dining area features large table to seat 8 with easy access to porch area that will be arranged with a sectional sofa, chairs and table for a comfortable outdoor lounging area. Also an upstairs powder room easily accessible for all guests upstairs.
The newly designed gourmet chef's kitchen is sure to impress with quartz countertops, white cabinetry mixed with an open shelving with unique lighting, oversized standing kitchen island featuring a unique built in butchers block, microwave, dishwasher and beverage fridge built into the island. The kitchen also has a small cocktail beverage ledge, & coffee station area, 48" 6 burner with griddle Jenn-Air range with batten board and natural wood range hood, 36" Sub Zero refrigerator with bottom freezer. This area opens onto the second-floor deck overlooking the pool with ample space for dining outside.
Upstairs also as a suite with King size bed, TV, access to second floor rear deck, private bathroom with custom tiled shower and luxury spa style double vanity.
The second bedroom on this floor has Queen bed with TV and private bathroom with wet room and soaking tub and small sitting area. Large second floor rear deck that overlooks the pool area is a nice entertaining space that is outfitted with deck furniture. There is a staircase that goes to a third level rooftop deck offering a deck with bay views.
A very special home that is situated just a stones throw away from the all of the shops, restaurants and entertaining options in the center of Stone Harbor.
