Are you looking for a new flat where you can spend a great holiday with your family or friends?

Discover our magnificent NEW flat (flat, bedding, appliances, furniture, etc. are new) located just a few meters from the Mar Menor, in Lo Pagan.
Lo Pagan is a friendly place where you can enjoy the sea, the sun 300 days a year, restaurants, bars, markets, shops, etc.
In the area, enjoy numerous bike rides, walks in the Salines, nearby golf courses, and many other activities.

The flat has never been occupied and is beautifully decorated to make you feel at home.
It is located in a small residence of just 8 flats, with a magnificent swimming pool.
A personalised welcome awaits you on arrival.

The living room features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a central island. You'll find all the essentials such as fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, juicer and 3 high chairs.

The living room has a sofa bed that sleeps two. There is also a 55-inch flat-screen TV with numerous channels and Netflix.

The master bedroom has a quality double bed, with linen included in the rental price. Spacious storage units are integrated into the bedroom.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, wall-hung WC, large sink with storage (+ hairdryer), and mirror.
Towels are included in the rental price.

The second bedroom is very pleasant and has twin beds. Bed linen/sheets is included in the rental price. There are large wardrobes and a large window.

A baby bed is also available in the flat.

The outside of the flat is spacious and very pleasant for enjoying the Spanish air and sun.
There is a balcony and a private solarium (60 square metres), where you can relax on deckchairs, or in your outdoor lounge at aperitif time.

To cool off, take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool in the residence, just a few meters from your flat.
And for sea lovers, enjoy the sea (Mar Menor) just 50 metres from your flat!

The Mar Menor's calmer waters make it ideal for families.
Las Salinas (The Saltworks), not far from the residence, is a magnificent natural park offering mud baths. Admire the pink flamingos and migratory birds found here.
Cycling tours and walks are a pleasant way to explore this natural park.

Private parking is available in front of the residence. Street parking is also available.

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous, all brand new and photos don’t do it justice. Locked gates make you feel secure and the place is simply beautiful. The best bit is the huge sun terrace which makes you feel like you’re in a posh resort, we spent most nights up there. It is literally a 5 minute walk to the Mar Menor beach although we preferred the beach in Pilar de La Horada as the Mar Menor is full of seaweed (huge fertiliser dump still causing problems), so worth having a car to drive out a bit. Jacques is a fantastic host and couldn’t be more welcoming, letting us check in early to help us out. We were in contact throughout and he couldn’t do enough! He even put a folder together of suggested local restaurants and sites to see. Only complaint is the expensive cleaning charge seems a bit steep given that most cleaners in Spain charge a relatively small amount so hoping there might be a refund (vacuumed, surface cleaned etc.) after Jacques sees we kept it generally clean and shouldn’t need a 9 hour deep clean after we’ve left! Top tip: there’s a fresh bread/pastries/eggs etc. lady who drives a van up to the area at about 10.30am, beeps her horn loudly to let you know she is there. She does the best pan au chocolat I’ve had in a long time! Well worth trying.
