Buena

Lindo hotel, recepcionistas muy amables. Lo mejor es la ubicación, queda muy cerca del centro, la estación de trenes y metro y el comercio es más barato por esa zona.

El sector se ve un poco inseguro y se sentía mucho ruido exterior. La ducha se cortaba después de unos minutos.

Muy bien!

La habitacion es grande y comoda, limpia. El personal nos atendio de 10 tanto cuando llegamos (1am) como cuando nos fuimos al dia siguiente.

La ubicación, es una zona un poco peligrosa.

Guter Zwischenstopp zum Bahnhof Midi-Zuid

Personal sehr freundlich, einfach Abwicklung. Da wir kein Frühstück hatten kann ich dazu leider nichts sagen. Nach hinten hin gelegenes Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Das

Betten waren etwas schmal, aber man konnte trotzdem gut schlafen. Sonst habe ich nichts zu bemängeln.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. Good place to stay for a few day.

Prima hotel

Goede bedden, lekkere douche. Prima hotel op 10 minuten loopafstand van station Brussel Zuid en op zo'n 15 minuten lopen van hartje Brussel. Eigenaresse hotel was erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Kortom: een aanrader dit hotel!

Hotel was wel wat gedateerd en lag in een wat armoedige wijk.

clean room, good location, polite staff

it was cold in the room and the radiator was turned off by the hotel staff during my absence I was a bit confused when a gentleman asked me for my only room card when I was leaving the hotel, it turned out it was for cleaning.

スタッフが親切でした。英語がわからないと伝えるとGoogleの翻訳でパソコンで日本語で伝えてくれたり、スリには気を付けて、タクシー必要か？など気にかけていただいて親切でした。部屋も清潔感もあり静かでした。

ドライヤーが時々止まってしまったくらいです。部屋にはクーラーはない感じで扇風機しかありませんでした。１０月で涼しいから快適には過ごせました。

Old fashioned but good hotel in a relatively quiet area, excellent staff

I booked only about 20 minutes before checking in, at about 11pm, after disruption on German railways caused me to miss the last Eurostar from Bruxelles-Midi. The couple staffing reception were very helpful. My room was absolutely fine, old fashioned but clean and comfortable. The streets immediately round the hotel were peaceful, but I was glad I had decided to take a taxi from Bruxelles-Midi - the area round the station is very crowded and noisy, and as an elderly woman on her own with a large suitcase I was obviously vulnerable. I checked out early; the lady who had been so concerned the previous night accompanied me into the street to make sure I knew how to get back to the station, so kind! The walk to the station was about ten minutes through quiet streets.

The price! I was travelling on a tight budget and hadn’t planned to spend a night in the centre of a capital city. However, I guess the price was average for the area.

Hot! Only stayed one night, any longer would be a problem.

Room was uncomfortably hot and very noisy with the windows open due to being on a busy road. Air conditioning not available.

Great budget hotel with friendly staff and clean facilities

The reception staff were really friendly and let us check in early which was really helpful. A great budget hotel - very clean, good soundproofing from the street and everything working well. Would recommend for anyone looking for a reliable budget hotel.

I wouldn't stay again.

Staff were friendly. Close to train station.

Very scruffy outside, lots of rubbish everywhere. TV in room didn't work, pillows were rubbish, no plug in bath.

Really nice value hotel close to the central station

Really nice staff if you speak French, willing to help. The room was surprisingly clean and comfortable, as well as ample room. The hotel is close to the central station. They also offer parking for a fee.

As mentioned before, the location of the hotel is not in the nicest neighborhood of Brussels.

No electric kettles as promised. Unstable WiFi and someone entered my room

The description in the website said it has electric kettle in the room, but indeed no. The staff can only provide you hot water upon request. And the WiFi is not working in the evening. The worst is someone enter my room in early morning with his/her key card. (Maybe it is cleaner but I make me feel very unsecured)

Disappointing

Just the first receptionist

Tv doesn't work , hot water was missing backing , first receptionist speak English its ok , but when i back to ask for fix tv and hot water , I couldn't fix nothing because the second receptionist didn't Speak English , didn't tried to help me , say to me that I have to speak spanich , but he say in english you are beautiful! I paid €131.00 for that
