A reasonable accommodation with nice facilities.

Good facilities. Reasonable value for the money. I would probably use again,

The only issue I had which I notified the owners was that the shower turned cold half way through showering. I thought it may be because of others using before me but I got up early in the morning to use before others and had the same problem. Owners thought I turned the tap the wrong way but I had hot water and it just turned cold in the middle of my shower. Aside from that every thing else was good.

Internal cameras felt intimdating and a violation of our privacy, Possibly having to share bathroom and home with strangers should be explained more clearly,

We arrived late and we had to leave early however I slept badly.

The location, north Hamilton for easy exit for our early morning departure heading north on SH1.

I may have missed something in the description of the property however we were NOT alone in the house. We had individual keys for each of our rooms upon arrival and there was at least one other bedroom, similarly locked. I was immediately suspicious however neither the owner nor the cleaner said anything and my concerns were confirmed when we returned later that night to find some unfinished food in a pot in the kitchen sink. This might be normal for some cultures however, I suspect, not for most Kiwis. I was traveling with 2 of my 3 children.

Gut für eine Nacht und zum Selbstversorgen

Große Küche und Esstisch, außerdem ein Wohnzimmer vorhanden! Der Check-In war einfach.

Die Überwachungskamera für den Eingang verstehe ich, warum die Küche gefilmt wird leuchtet mir aber nicht ganz ein 🤷 Außerdem gab es 3 Raumsprays, die unglaublich intensiv gerochen haben (wie in einem Parfumladen), was leider Kopfschmerzen ausgelöst hat.

Superior home style accommodation

Modern home, super quality queen bed and room space. Spacious and fully furnished open plan kitchen. Lounge and dining space . Nice personal options like fruit bowls and shared basic pantry items from host family which are not present at motels.

Only the distance from city centre, but a minor issue only.

This was my first time staying in a homestay and as such cannot compare to others, but this residence is spotlessly clean, and located in a very quite.atea. The family are lovely people, ffriendly, and attentive to guests. The open space living area is generous in size and the adjacent kitchen is fully equipped. The home is less than two kilometers from grocery options such as Countdown and New World if you want to be self sufficient, or Lone Star, Good Neighbor, mainstream fast food outlets and a number of smaller operations if you want to eat out or spend the evening in a different environment. If you're staying over for work reasons it's roughly a 15-20 minute early morning drive to the Hamilton CBD.

Nothing really. I don't have a companion point for this type of accommodation. I had a 4 night stay without issue.
