This second-floor home away from home enjoys a great location in a secure building and near fantastic attractions, including scenic trails, Girdwood Park, Alpine Air Alaska, Alyeska Aerial Tram, Bird Point, and Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center.

This condo is the definition of convenience and comfort. Enjoy fantastic views out every window! Treat yourself and your sore muscles to a soothing soak in your private hot tub on the deck as you admire the beautiful mountain views. Inside, this bright and airy retreat enjoys a welcoming living room with a cozy sofa and armchairs, a gas fireplace, and a TV. This is definitely a great gathering spot after spending the day exploring the area. Prepare savory homemade meals and treats in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer.

We lived the location view from deck so private and nice. Great location. Hot tub needed to be cleaned and bed couch needed fixing. We loved our stay however lovely place.

The hot tub had so many chemicals in it we could not site in it or breathe. The first night it took a couple of hours for our lungs to recover and feel like they were burning. The next night we opened the hot tub up a couple hours before going on thinking it would help with the chemicals but sadly it did not. The chemicals were so strong it felt like our lungs were burning to the point it would take your breath away, it made our eyes water. So sad we booked this as a honeymoon trip specifically to sit in the hot tub while looking at the mountains. Very disappointing. Everything else was great we were just looking forward to the hot tub.

We loved the clean, private hot tub with a spectacular view of the mountain and trees behind the condo. We were impressed with the well-stocked kitchen and hosted a dinner with friends at the large dining room table. It was great to have some streaming services provided, and the condo is spacious, tastefully furnished and spotless. We were there during the week and it was exceptionally quiet, giving us well-needed rest at night. We loved having a washer/dryer for wet ski gear, and the host was responsive and very helpful!

Great location, nice floor plan, However, the condo needs a thorough cleaning. Especially the Kitchen and bathrooms. (Bathroom rugs had previous occupants' hair on them, throughout and replace.) Cost is much too high for current condition... So much potential, if you hire a better cleaning service and added a few more amenities and personal touches. Added Note: On special occasions, especially holidays when occupants are paying a premium price thoughtful touches like fresh flowers or small thank you baskets would be nice and may help to bring back repeat clients.

The kitchen is well stocked. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. You have a nice forest view on the deck. We would stay again.
