This cabin offers everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and fun vacation in the mountains. We can accommodate up to 18 guests, making it ideal for large groups.
The game room is the highlight of the cabin, where you can have hours of entertainment while playing pool & watching your favorite movies or shows on the large flat-screen TV.
The outdoor space is equally impressive, with a large deck, a fire pit, and a gas grill. You can enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains from the deck.
The cabin is located in a secluded & peaceful area, but close to town. You can explore the nearby hiking trails, ski slopes, or fishing spots (depending on what time of the year you are here).

Please be advised that the outdoor grill may not be available for use during the winter months. Due to the location of the grill, in may be unaccessible. Floorplan Layout:
Main Floor: Master Bedroom (king bed) with ensuite, Bedroom 2 (king bed), Full bathroom, Family Room, Kitchen, Dining area, and access to outdoor decks.

Second Floor: Bedroom 3 (king bed), Bedroom 4 (two sets of bunks w/ twin over double & sofa bed with double mattress), Full bathroom

Basement: Bedroom 5 (king bed), 3/4 bathroom (shower, toilet, sink)

Detached casita: Bedroom 6 (2 sets of twin bunk beds), Bedroom 7 (sofa couch) with kitchenette, 3/4 bathroom (shower, toilet, sink)

Garage space available for guests use: main house garage that can accommodate 1 car and 1 clean OHV

We visited along with two other families during spring break and had the best time. The home was perfectly setup to accommodate both adults and kids with large beds and bunks. The host was super communicative and responsive. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to travel with a large group.

The house and property are incredible! Absolutely beautiful and was very clean. We had a big group of 13 total and we all fit very comfortably. Three of them were kids 4 and under and there was enough play stuff for them to enjoy but not enough things laying around to where we needed to constantly keep an eye on them to make sure they wouldn’t get into something or break anything. All necessary items for cooking and whatnot were available and in good condition. We also went in January during an on and off snow storm and the host was very responsive making sure we were good and had everything we needed. Also called the snow plow person to come and clear the driveway for us on our way out. All in all, we had a great time and would love to come back again!

This is our 4th time in Brian Head with family and friends for the holidays. The place was as beautiful as the pictures show. The host provided very detailed instructions and was highly responsive. The stunning views and abundant peace and quiet made our stay memorable. It's only a few minutes' drive to the ski resort for enjoyable winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and snow tubing. The cabin is also equipped with a separate game room featuring pool and ping pong tables for us to enjoy when we weren't outside. It's definitely a place I would choose to stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Perfect for our event. Spacious living area. Nice furnishings. Very clean, well organized kitchen, commercial grade appliances, well stocked utensils, pans, etc. Wifi network, Smart TVs fully functional, excellent signal coverage. Great host, prompt responses to all questions. Exceeded our expectations at every level.
